The label that I got printed for an exchange was invalid at the usps. I ended up paying 20 and change to do an exchange which cost more than the shoes themselves.

Order and delivery was swift. Even though an email was sent to me about a possible delay on delivery, I still got my order on the exact scheduled date.
Without realizing as time passed by, I have become a loyal client towards Shoedazzle. What attracted me to buy from this site is because I'm able to find my shoe size, at a reasonable price, and beautiful style. I kept buying thanks to your vip membership program, and many available discount options. Afterwards, I tried the clothes and I am satisfied with the quality and cut of your products for the price value I get. Overall, in less than a year, Shoedazzle has become one of my favorite shopping site. One negative point I must share, is the difficulty to request a return for a product. It is difficult to locate it on the mobile site, and once located, it is not highlighted as an option. This needs to be worked on. Whether it's to prevent unnecessary returns, it still needs to be easy access for the VIPs.

I didn't received sum also I was lied to about my discount refund also my credit towards my order I was given the ran around lost out almost 700 bucks

I have ordered many different Styles and let's say out of 10 only one was returned and usually just because I ordered wrong size. The products are of great quality for the money you pay and the variety is awesome
