I have been paying $39.95 per month for my subscription to shoedazzle for almost 2 years now and I used 9 of my 23 + credits to order 9 pairs of shoes. I did have to pay an extra $25 for my purchase which is a bummer bc I have more mobey left in my account that I believe should have covered the entire amount of my order... I also have one pair of booties that I want to exchange. I hope that is not a difficult process.

I returned two items of clothing. A jacket and a pair of shorts. I only received $19.99 credit? I spent way more than that. The jacket was $52.95 and the shorts were $34.95.

I bought shoes with my debit card and you charged a card that was not on file after I bought and paid for my shoes and now my bank card is locked because I had to dispute the transaction that I didn't approve in the first place and now my rent will be late due to the fact that you take peoples money without their permission

I went there looking for a specific shoe. Not only was it on sale! Buuuuuut as always the recommended items stole my heart. Shoe dazzle is the most amazing shoe and clothes haven ever! And the prices are just unbeatable and the quality is superb everytime I open a box I am amazed at what I got for the price. I constantly get compliments from strangers when I'm out and about and I ALWAYS share the name!

The plus size clothes are never true to size always smaller. I have returned more clothes. The only reason I ordered anything because I don't need anymore shoes or boots and had to use the credit.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
