I ordered a cute pair of jeans for my daughter whom is a teen. She was very excited about them. She wore them a few times in the first week after receiving them, and they tore almost immediately along one of the pockets on the pant leg. When I attempted to exchange them for a replacement they were no longer available. My daughter was so upset, because she really liked the unique style of them. So now I guess I have to figure out how to fix them. This is the second time I have purchased an item from Shoedazzle that did not hold up well. I have in the past purchased a pair of boots that had a zipper break within a few months of purchase. I want to like this company but these experiences make me leary of continuing to purchase from them.

My package went sent to my old address. I went to that address to retrieve the shoes they were gone. I called Shoe-dazzle to and the shoes were replaced easily and quickly. Shoe-dazzle even let me update my address so that it would get to my house! The shoes are gorg and I'm a happy customer. Thank you!

I have been a member of shoe dazzle for Probably 10 years. I was grandfathered into a VIP program that that I really enjoyed. They ended This program, so I lost my VIP status. So when I tried to use credits built up I got a lot less for my money than I used to used to. Since the shoes on the site are cheaply made and far less comfortable than I would normally wear, I have always used them mainly for special occasions. Now I am not getting any value from this site.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
