These sandals are clearly marked sz 5.5, but they are HUGE! The sandals measure 12 inches from heel to toe. My foot is 8 inches from heel to toe. I rated them on the ShoeDazzle website and included a photo next to a pair of size 6 sandals. It's almost comical.

Shipping was super fast! I was nervouse buying online bc i have very thin feet and usually have to try on heels bc they tend to always fit loose. But these were prefect! And the quality was amazing. Shoes look exactly as pictured.

Bought a bodysuit that was pictured with matching pants. Thought they came together but I was wrong. Bad on me but I thought I would just go ahead and buy the pants, too. Shoe Dazzle doesn't even carry the pants so now I'm screwed... and worse, yet, while searching for the pants, I find the same bodysuit for half of what I paid for it. So I didn't really get a first time buyer 'deal' at all, like you claimed.

The heels I received were waaayyy too high and I checked the heel inches when I ordered them. Something was labeled because there is no way I can wear those heels

I used the chat feature to let Shoedazzle know that I received my shoes, yet, they were too snug for the size I had ordered and requested the next size up. I have not yet received the next size up to see if they will fit properly but my experience with Shoedazzle is always pleasant and they make sure they get it right for me. I hope that the next size up fits properly and that being said, I know Shoedazzle will make sure I get what I need to feel fabulous as well and comfy in my shoes.

Was very excited with my purchases, but one of my purchases was too small as I got the same size in both shoes. I tried to return one pair for a bigger size but couldn't. I would have even just wanted a store credit but was unable to do that so now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit!

I love Shoe Dazzle, and have a literal mountain of Shoe Dazzle shoes in my closet. I hope they assess the sizing of size 12, as there is a large discrepancy between pumps and boots; otherwise I will continue to order their shoes like I have for the last 4 years!

I have never had a problem with Shoedazzle and shoes being delivered until now. I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 weeks later, I still haven't received the shoes. Customer service even gave me a hard time about getting a return. Now I am hesitant about ordering again even if this has been my go to website for shoes.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
