Spoke to someone at Shoe Dazzle to return two pairs of shoes. After I sent the shoes back I only received a refund for a portion of the cost of the shoes. When I called and inquired why I had only received partial refund for 1 pair of shoes I then asked about the second pair and was informed that they never received them. I asked how this was possible since they were sent together in the same box and they couldn't give me an answer. I have placed numerous calls without getting an answer as to what happened to the second pair and where my refund is with not being able to get an answer from anyone. I would never recommend Shoe Dazzle to anyone. They are horrible.

My package was a month late. I had to call to check on it and found out that there was a problem. No one reached out to me. No communication after a month! Additionally, several items were no longer available. The gave me a refund and $10 to spend on their website. I asked for expedited shipping but I was told that was not possible. Now, let's see if I have to wait another month to get my items. Really pathetic.

I placed an order on July 5th, due to the holiday I assumed it would take a little extra time so I logged in every other day or so and the order said it was still processing, on July 11th I received an email stating my order has been fulfilled and is in the process of being shipped, I proceeded to check back on July 12th to see if there was a tracking number only to find out that my order had been canceled due to lack of payment even though my bank held the funds for shoedazzle from within 30 seconds of placing the order, because shoe dazzle took so long to process the order the bank put a hold on the funds for questionable fraudulent activity, at that point I called shoe dazzle and asked them to resubmit the order however because the 50% off sale that was going on for the holiday was over so the order that was originally around $65, was now going to be over $130 for the same exact items, great job keeping your customers informed, considering I spend thousands of dollars with you and Just Fab every year, you lost yourself a great customer with this one.

I was unable to return a slippers that didn't fit, I use an 11 and the one I ordered didn't fit. I tried to return it and it kept on saying error. Very unhappy

Had to place a return for 2 pairs of shoes. I was sent another size and the shoe doesn't fit as it should. Lately this has been the case with their sizes. No longer accurate.

Their shoes are uncomfortable and some run too small. One pair of the white boots I bought came with dirt on them.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
