While they do have some nice shoes, they rarely are anything to write home about. Most of the heels and sandals I've bought are extremely uncomfortable. I have to exchange stuff all the time because the sizing is not the same. The one saving grace is the boots and clothes. I love the boots and booties I've gotten from here and the clothes I have gotten were nice and fit fairly well. I feel that for the monthly fee plus the extra charges, it's not worth it.

Didn't really like the monthly obligation and canceled after 4 months of hope. Shoes selection is non existent to style. It is an overall style with different shoe options that do not include alternative variety. The quality of clothes was high, but it is reflected in the pricing.

Some of the sandals were too narrow and I wear size 11 medium. Also 1 pair were delivered ripped before they were worn

Well your sizing is wrong also the one black pair of sandles I ordered the straps were way stretched out almost like the were used shoes so when I called I was told you don't have the size and I have found you never have sizes

I didn't order I think over like 15 pairs of shoes from you guys and the past I think it's like 6 months and majority of the shoes then came too small even with me going up a size

I have been a member of ShoeDazzle for years and I've never had a problem. They have changed shipping companies and they are now using some low budget place called Lazer Ship. I placed an order for more than $400.00 and never received it. I called for about two weeks straight trying to find my order because I was headed out of town on a work trip. The shipping company was no help and even worse ShoeDazzle and the customer service provided was HORRIBLE! I will not be ordering again until they can assure me that my order will be shipped with UPS.

I placed my last order using my credit prior to cancelling my membership due to financial restraints. It was very upsetting, to say the least, that ShoeDazzle cancelled my complete order. Safe to say I am very upset with ShoeDazzle and will not come back as a member and will express the way I was treated to others that I know that are considering signing up with you.

Don't get me wrong I love shopping on the site, I love the shoes I always see something I want. It's just that the payment that comes out of my account is not consistent on the date. It comes out of my account on different dates every month and with someone that has a tight budget I would like to know when my money will be taken and if the date can become consistent.

The shoes used to be true to size. I wear an 11 but the 11's seem/fit like a 10/10.5 lately. I tried a 12 and they were to big. I love the shoes I just had to gift them to my daughter. I hate going through the hassle of trying to return via mail.

My only issue is the changes in price verses when I first started. The amount I'm charged was typically the amount of the purchase plus free shipping. Now with the coupons and base amount I feel like I'm paying twice. I'm definitely shopping less.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
