A few things hard to locate the skip the month link at first had to go through multiple other links and pages to get to it. I liked 2 our of 3 pairs and the one I didn't was fit but an amazingly cute boot. Overall happy so far.

They have amazing customer service! I've been a member for a few years now. I enjoy the updates on the new items and of course the prices are great! I had one issue before and customer service picked up, listened to the issue and resolved it same day! I'll definitely shop again & I always let ppl know where I got them from when complimented!

The shoes are great but I purchased them for a vacation 3 weeks in advance and the shoes arrived after I left for vacation.

Last shipment never showed and after a few weeks of it saying it shipped I reached out and was told it had been returned was out of stock., so they would refund my money. I was like I don't want you to refund because it was during the 50% sale and so it wouldn't even be enough to buy a pair of shoes. They promised to honor the promotion the next time I ordered, refunded my money and I will not have a minimum charge for shipping. I am cool with that.

The sizing and quality of shoes are terrible. I had to size up two sizes in one pair of shoes. The shoes used to be great quality, now they fee cheap and are cut very small. I'm not holy with show dazzle now. I used to live their style and quality years ago.
