The representative was not helpful with completing my Return. 1 rep told me they saw it in the system and another saw nothing. Nothing was done to help. Now I have to use a additional credit just to take the place of a return

All items returned for exchange has not been released despite reaching their warehouses.

*what I am NOT Monica R. I am, Lynda R. Not sure how that happened. But here's, Lynda R's review: My biggest and only problem with, Shoe Dazzle is they outsource. I don't care about the country they outsource from, it's just the fact the do it. I've been a customer since, 2010 I have a shoe closest full of Shoe Dazzle. When I wear them a few times, I pass them along. I am vegan and I love the fact I can wear fashionable shoes NOT made of animal hide. But I am ready to move on from Shoe Dazzle just because and only because they outsource. Sorry Shoe Dazzle, but please please hire American Workers. Please we need the money here in the US too!

I placed an order that was never delivered and when I called to report I've been waiting since 8/9 for my order replacement. I've called several times and keep getting please call back. I used to love purchasing from them but now will not even recommend them.

Poor selections for plus size. Clothes dont follow the size guide. Not enough wide width shoe. Or shoes with medium height heels. Mostly 4 inch or higher.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months but it kept coming out of my account and could only get credits not redunds.

I love ShoeDazzle. I have gotten so many compliments on my shoes, which all come from ShoeDazzle. The only issue I have is since Covid-19 hit, I'm no longer wearing such high heels (5' plus). I'd love to see lower-heeled shoes. Of course, if you had more lower-heeled shoes, i'll buy too many and run out of room.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
