Gave me some of my money back. How ever $300 dollars of my money I have not received yet. Because I no longer have those debit card anymore. I don't understand why a big company like yours just can't mail the rest of my money back to me.
The shoes were not only very different in size than what I normally get, they also did not look like they did in the photo. After my last horrible experience with ShoeDazzle I swore I would not buy again and shock it has proven to be another bad experience. Also due to having to wait for the ridiculously long return time, I can't even buy something else that is my size and in stock.
I ordered my boots on Oct.20 and still haven't received it. There's been no update or anything for it. I'm really not to happy right now especially the no update part.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
