It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my order. The tracking information says "Awaiting Carrier Pickup", which implies that it is still at the original location. I am very dissatisfied because I was hoping to wear the products by now.
It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.

The brown booties that I ordered are way too loose on my heels, as a result they slip in up and down when I walk. Very uncomfortable! The cream boots are very pretty but I can't walk in them, they are much too high and very uncomfortable.
I placed three orders and an exchange. The orders placed were fine but the exchange was a nightmare. I don't think I'll exchange again, it took over two months for the process to be completed. I think it's much better to return and place an entirely new order.
I took a chance on an instagram ad for a pair of heeled winter boots, and they are really nice! They came earlier than projected, and they're good quality for a winter-night out.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
