Called customer service. Told they could not cancel my order even though the order had no proof of having been shipped. Customer service rep said she emailed me a prepaid return mailing label but I have yet to receive it.
First time customer… ordered a pair of shoes that were too small so had to return. Customer service was helpful, efficient, courteous and it was a live person vs automation, which is HUGE to me. It's hard to shop online for clothing/shoes, but the shipping/return/exchange policy makes a big difference and I would not hesitate to try them again!
Shoes arrived super quickly, perfectly packaged and with a spare set of matching yellow laces! Only issue is that this shoe runs a little small-- I ordered my normal size shoe (9.5 US) but for some reason the shoe feels a little snug at the top. So if you are ordering a pair please keep that in mind. Great deal regardless because I can actually still wear them
This site is fantastic, I got a great deal on clearance mirrors for my kid. I'll make sure to come back in the future when I need to buy more shoes. Also the shipping was insanely fast and I love that it's free
I purchased, then returned gloves 3 times, because they had imperfections. I was surprised, as I am a longtime Shoebacca customer, and have never had prior issues with product quality. I asked a customer service rep to note my account for the next order. We'll see how it goes.
Ordered a pair of shoes on July 7... by July 11 they have not shipped yet. Request to cancel the order and they say reimburse will occur in 2-3 days. After 6 days no reimbursement has occurred.
Now I need to start a claim with my credit card to get my money back.
Only emails received are initial purchase confirmation and emails specially in response to me calling customer service. Shipping confirmation/tracking information is not emailed nor is it on the order management portal. Customer service on the phone is competent but it typically takes awhile for them to understand the issue. During my 15 minute call yesterday with customer service asking about the status of a refund on a return that was delivered back over two weeks ago, customer service agent called me "sir" even though I am not a man.
I ordered a limited edition Puma deva boot. It came to me damaged which was ridiculous. I had already ordered my clothing to match that could not be returned. Everything was on a time limit and final sale. If i wanted a damaged rusted shoe I could have bout it from Ebay or a consignment store! A limited edition shoe people! I wasted my window waiting for my money to come back and the shoe in my size is gone from other locations!
Ordered a pair of shoes, was supposed to get them about a week later. I gave it few more days then contacted customer support. I finally got them three weeks after ordering them. Seemed like they didn't get my purchase request. May give them another try.
This site is a scam customer service is non-existent their merchandise is old and defective and they do not stand behind their return policy! My case they sent two different shoes and then didn't respond to my request through email or phone for return. This is how Amazon will put everyone out of business because companies like this treat customers has dollar signs instead of people.
This company does not stand by its products or return policy. They sell defective products. Must be the Ross of online shoe companies. Buyer beware. If your product falls apart in a month they won't refund you. Wish I would've read some reviews before wasting a hundred bucks! The boots I bought my fiance are the same boots I've been buying him for YEARS! They always last over a year. And the customer service is lacking any kind of service. Total joke
I had no problem with purchasing or the actually golf shirt. (sizing and color great). Shipping was slow, and this might not be fault of company. It took about two weeks for my order to arrive. Not fast at all.
Product was fine but two reps assured me of an additional $10.00 off for supplying my email which I never received. I should have paid $69.99 not 79.99. It's left a bad taste. Not likely to buy again.
Your website doesn't appear to work well on Apple's Safari browser. Google Chrome was a bit better, but still very slow to load order info.
Turned out the shoes were not wide enough for me and I sent them back. So in the end it didn't really matter.
Customer service was very responsive, though.
Do NOT buy from this merchant. I purchased a pair of Puma sneakers as a Xmas gift for my brother but instead, I received a completely different, much cheaper model that was 3 sizes smaller than what I had bought; to add insult to injury, they actually sent the correct box for the item so there are only two possible explanations for this "mishap":
(A) They are sleazy scammers engaging in basic bait-and-switch tactics.
(B) They are incompetent, amateur hacks with zero quality control and no process in place.
Whichever the reason, there is no need to give business to these guys. Your time and hard-earned dollars are better expended elsewhere. Whilst mistakes always happen and one should be mindful of such, what makes them awful is their nonexistent and remorseless customer service. I contacted them via multiple channels, including over the phone, but no viable solutions were offered. No earnest acknowledgment or apology and certainly no effort to remedy the situation. They did not provide a root cause or even confirm whether the item is still in stock. I was simply told to return the shoes, await for my refund, and repurchase them in the future. I do not have a present 5 days before Xmas and have wasted time repackaging, etc.
Absolutely horrendous company. Look elsewhere unless you're a masochistic wastrel.
Will a restock fee be applied to return an item under $50 if the customer just didn't like it or changed their mind?

The ordering process and delivery was great. The right show is a bit defective. It's why I always hesitate to order shoes online. No one packing them looks at them on your behalf to make sure they are okay.
Easy and fun options. We Love Star Wars and the shoes were a great price/style for my 9 year old girl. She loves them. Normally she wears a size 3 in youth (big kid). She has some pokemon adidas size 2.5 and they are exactly the same length but wider then these and we got size 3.5. (Nothing to do with Shoebacca, that's an Adidas quality control issue I guess)…our overall shopping experience was great, Cheaper here and fast shipping.

The shoes arrived promptly and wife is wearing them now. Shoebacca made me a hero today! I'll be a pumpkin again in a few hours, but I'm a hero now. :)
Bad shoes out of the mold obviously why your reselling them. What a waste of time. How many times do you try to resell these before some sucker buys them. Very disappointed with my first experience with shoebacca and my never use again
