First class service, plenty of communication from all providers. Which included any problems which arose during shipping, customs and taxes (if applicable)

You open an account with Shipito and all seems OK. When I got my first package delivered to their warehouse they locked my account and demanded 'verification', including passport, drivers licence, credit cards, etc. I have had numerous emails over five months with Shipito 'support' trying to get my account unlocked. Every time I give them what they ask for they still don't unlock the account. It's effectively extortion as they have your property and won't forward it to you.
In 15 years of internet purchasing I have never experienced anything like this. My understanding is they do this so they can keep your items after the six month storage period expires, and then they auction off your property. No doubt more profitable than shipping. Given all the similar complaints all over the web I don't know how this company has not been closed down by authorities in the USA.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY ARE TOXIC. IF YOU USE THEM SAY GOODBYE TO YOU PURCHASE.
I don't know why so many people have submitted bad reviews. I used this service for the first time 2 weeks ago and they delivered the package to me in Australia no hassles and very quickly.

I use mostly Oregon warehouse they update me within few hours after the package delivered to the warehouse sometimes in the holidays high demand sometimes delay 24 hours only their customers service is wonderful once you create ticket they will do best to resolve it as soon as possible
Want only something to re add Fedex ground as shipping method to Algeria again will help us to save more fedex headquarter just 3 miles away from my home
I have had 34 successfully delievered shipments from this company and consolidations are always packed safe and securely with good rates and transit times. 5 stars, would highly recommend.
I worked with them for 2 years. They are expensive, hard to speak with personal, many rules that will harder your life. Usually overweight yours packages. As for me will not use it in future.
I've been using this service for past few years. Nothing has ever been lost or damaged and everything arrives promptly, unlike another service used by some bigger stores.
It has been a great experience to use the services of sending the purchases made outside my country, I hope they always keep this level of service, congratulations.

I worked with them for 2 years and I made mistake with paying as I asked my friend to pay to my Shipito account. They blocked my account and account of my friend who had account with them for 6 month. They ask for FORM 1583 (notarized by public notary, mail signed original which costs a lot to acquire locally as I would have to pay attorney + US embassy tax + shipping tax to USA. They don't want to unblock accounts until this is sent and I already had my passport scan + national ID card scan + utility bill scan with them and still not enough proofs that that is me? WTF? And payment was made with their current PayPal accounts not some unknown account of third party. I wont pay again for my yearly subscription definitely and will simply use other mail forwarding company that is for sure!
They made my shipito account INACTIVE saying i am "fraudulent". Fraudulent because i am FIGHTING for my RIGHTS! This is how coward, thiefs and unprofessional they are! This company is a SCAM, i am a serious musician who buy gear online since 2004 and this never happened to me! Every private seller on ebay who shipped directly to me had his item normally delivered!
Shipito made my item disappear, finding excuses for 3 months and when i started to get really pissed they simply closed my account to get rid of the problem!
SHIPITO IS A SCAM!

Please give the company another chance as I've experienced the same issues as other people on this site. Let me explain why I'm staying with Shipito and giving them another go.
I received a phone call from the CEO of the company as well as two other senior members, they had reviewed my case and wanted to talk to me about improving there service standards. They asked me some questions and also explained the reason for all the issues around Nov-Dec 16. As new business owners they are upgrading computer software to give customers a better and more efficient service with all new things there is always going to be issues the main thing is that Shipito is doing this to improve the service that they can offer to there customers and they understand that things could have been handled better. So please if you are an old Shipito customer give them another chance and if your looking for a shipping company don't look any further give them a go. I've been in business 25 years and I've never had such a positive experience when dealing with an issue hats off to Shipito for hearing me out and making changes to improve there business. Very impressed!
Never! Use this company again. I have ordered 3 packages from the same seller. All 3 of them are deliverred to shipito (FedEx tracking log), but only 2 are in their warehouse. The most expensive one not. Now shipito rejects the refund with the reason "Hello Lutz, The previous deliveries are not indicative of this delivery having been done successfully, unfortunately. This package has not been delivered to our warehouse. As you have seen with our previous work with your two other items, we have absolutely no reason to deny that a package has arrived at our warehouse. But, unfortunately, this has been the case with your third package, and we are not able to refund an item we did not receive. Regards, Elijah" Only stress with this company. It is now more than 2 months... and only "bla bla bla" from shipito. The user service is worst. And today they decide final: We dont pay any refund, cause the package was not deliverred. Who is lying... FedEx with their Tracking log or Shipito. Thank you for nothing!
Well, I really don't know why so many bad reviews. I'm really happy with their service so far. They ship really fast and the price is cheap if we compare to other companies.
Delivery on time, more shipping options I've never had problems and the consolidation mode is great the photos that are sent from the order have good quality

I have much packages at shipito.
I want to shipped out my package but my account is locked.
Customer Support ask me to send Photo Card ID with my (selfie), I have send that.
And then he ask you to send Photos driver license, I have send that.
And then he ask you to send Invoice packages, I have send then.
And now he ask me to send utility bill and go to notarized and fill form 1583.
He think I understand about that?
You know, this SHIPITO will still locked my account.

BY FAR THIS IS THE WORST
They have renewed my annual subscription without my consent and refused to give me back my money
They list shipping companies then they say it's not available so they can charge you more by sending via expensive shipping companies
Customer service is ahhh. Not so friendly at all
One more thing, they have lost one of my packages and they don't know where it is until this date they never reimbursed me for it
