When you book through them you got no protection
They kicked us out from the apartment because we were at the balcony after 10:30 pm I wish that we hosted a party but it wasn't. No refund was returned for the 7 days left. They also took our security deposit and the apartment was as good as we receive it from them which is not fair.

I regret booking with them. It's a lesson that I've learned book only through official website booking, Expedia, orbitz. Etc

They will get your back from scammers like them

Honestly stay away from them

I've tried more than 10 consolidation companies

BY FAR THIS IS THE WORST

They have renewed my annual subscription without my consent and refused to give me back my money

They list shipping companies then they say it's not available so they can charge you more by sending via expensive shipping companies

Customer service is ahhh. Not so friendly at all

One more thing, they have lost one of my packages and they don't know where it is until this date they never reimbursed me for it

When I got the conformation I was trying to reserve a seat

I'm travelling to two cities I didn't find the flight for the second city. It's not a domestic but international flight plus I paid for the insurance that is useless

I contacted them through the chat they promised me that there is a flight when I contacted the airlines they said contact your travel agency because there is no such a flight:(

One Travel is the biggest scam ever I'm going to pay over $700 now to book the flight individually. BTW the website is owned and operated by Cheapoair. I'm going to avoid both of them
