SCAMMERS! BE CAREFULL!

Scammers! Be careful! I have shiped three times with ship7 and all three times one of the items was missing and every time they told me they would ship it in the next shipment but in the end they stole some items I bought! Customer service is crap, I will reply when they want and they never solve the problem, they ask you 10 dollars for each item you want to consolidate in just one shipment, they are thieves! You have to stop them and check the regularity of a thieving company! There are other safer companies for the transport of your purchases, do NOT use this service from ship7, they are scammers!

The company doesn't inspire any confidence!

My package has been delivered to my address S7-******* at the Delaware Address since 22th of December. The surprise till now nothing been added under mailbox in my account while they promise an update within 3 business days!
No online support available, and also till now no response to my ticket (#*******) which been raised since 27th of December!

The company seems in a huge mess, and I do not believe claiming the receiver of an unexpected number of package considered as an excuse.

I have trusted the company service from the number of positive reviews I saw, but the reality seems different. I feel very disappointed, and I am preparing my self to the worst (probably my package got lost!)

I hope at least online complaints can speed up the response and confirm me with the package!

Sorry for the issue you faced with. It seems like your package delivered to our warehouse after our business hours(Monday to Friday 10:00am-5:00pm). We have no records of receiving this package. Please contact to your seller and ask for the proof of delivery. We can help you by shipping any of your locations with the help of the person who signed for it.

Stay away.
First, they request a shipping charge of $30 for an item that weighs 0.1 lbs, and mark its "billable shipping weight" as one whole pound. They also only offer DHL, FedEx and the likes, and don't offer cheaper and slower shipping options, like the ones offered by Fishifast or Shipto.

Second, they open and inspect your packages, which I find unreasonable.

You can see that other reviewers have also complained about high shipping charges - I should have known better and stayed away. Don't repeat my mistake.

Sorry to hear your unfortunate experience with Ship7. So to sum up everything and to answer your questions you can see the points below:

1- We do not provide less than 1 lbs weight and each country has its own minimum charge. That is why you might get charged for $30 eventough it is just 0.1 lbs as you say. This is how most of the companies charge you too.

2- We have lots of different services for many different countries and regions. Just to give you some example we are working with SMSA Express, Aramex and our unique Postal Service solution is included in this list. FedEx, DHL, UPS are the major partners and working in Global scale mostly.

3- Opening and inspecting packages are mandatory for us by the laws and regulations. We have to know what we are shipping to any destination. We are giving this information to our carrier partners under safety rules, regulations and international laws. All other companies like us have to do the same. In addition to that we are providing FREE pictures to our customers unlike our competitors.

4- Talking about the high shipping charges is not so objective review. Since we can assure you we are under the average compared to the our competitors.

Best forwarding services ever.
Just recently had a problem with the dhl, and you know what, they still want to help me solve it even though they just sent the item, for sure the others wont do the same. And also very responsive.
So its convenience price compare to others, fast service, reliable and high responsibility with customers.

I've been using ship7.com for many years I've shipped to many different countries they've always gotten it there perfectly safely and on time. They give you a nice selection of different shippers and different prices it's an excellent service. Customer service can use a little help, But the end result is has always been good for me.

I like their DDP option to pay customs duties before delivery, which saves me from a lot of trouble with the postal offices. I didn't even know that it is possible paying the customs before shipping out. Great option

The best shipping company!

I've shipped with Ship7 couple of times, and they've always provided a rather speedy service. Except one time. But, to be fair, it was DHL's bad (claiming that the package contained Lithium batteries, of which it wasn't true at all). Anyway, it took them a couple of weeks to solve it, but at the end I have received all the goods that i've ordered from the states.

I'll definitely use the service again, however, I'll rather choose FedEX instead of DHL.

It's a scam guys, I've been waiting for my shipment for almost 5 weeks now.
And haven't received it yet. Contacted customer support more than 30-40 times, and they always reply with the classic "warehouse team is still looking for your packages".
Contacted DHL and they've returned the package back to them, but they denied it.
Anyway, I have attached some of the emails as a proof.

They offer the lowest shipping rates if you prefer to ship with their postal economy service. I received four packages with Ship7 so far, and I've faced no major issue during covid times. Cheap and reliable company.

The entire Ship 7 Team operates with complete promptness, accuracy and enthusiasm. They provide updates at every step of the shipment, very methodical and professional regarding shipment security and KYC details.
And their online chats and prompt email replies are excellent, beyond words to describe.
I would highly recommend Ship7 to all who are looking for international shipping of their products or purchases, and all within a decent budget.
