I've been using Ship7. They are always on time and they have called if they had any problems delivering packages. Their rates are reasonable too. They are my go-to company for having anything delivered.
The shipment process was done on the scheduled time. Also, the staffs provided us proper assistance throughout the whole process of transportation. I would highly recommend this company to each and everyone I know.
Scammers! Be careful! I have shiped three times with ship7 and all three times one of the items was missing and every time they told me they would ship it in the next shipment but in the end they stole some items I bought! Customer service is crap, I will reply when they want and they never solve the problem, they ask you 10 dollars for each item you want to consolidate in just one shipment, they are thieves! You have to stop them and check the regularity of a thieving company! There are other safer companies for the transport of your purchases, do NOT use this service from ship7, they are scammers!
I am an ex SkyBox consumer after the bankruptcy of Borderlinx. Worked with them for quite a long time. I have struggled with their calculation for shipping cost and their slow pickup to support users. I found about Ship7 when I simply wanted to leave my last review for SkyBox in Google search.
I'm from ME and I needed a freight forwarder company with present support and quick assistance. Their Live Chat is open even if you're not registered. You get UK and US addresses/suites upon registration at no cost. You get multiple carries options ranges from Budget friendly to 2 Day delivery at low cost! No not competitive because no one is able to compete here. Hek you can even extend the cargo storage. Their Agents are friendly and shall I say always on stance to support you during business days. 6 Stars. Period.
The company doesn't inspire any confidence!
My package has been delivered to my address S7-******* at the Delaware Address since 22th of December. The surprise till now nothing been added under mailbox in my account while they promise an update within 3 business days!
No online support available, and also till now no response to my ticket (#*******) which been raised since 27th of December!
The company seems in a huge mess, and I do not believe claiming the receiver of an unexpected number of package considered as an excuse.
I have trusted the company service from the number of positive reviews I saw, but the reality seems different. I feel very disappointed, and I am preparing my self to the worst (probably my package got lost!)
I hope at least online complaints can speed up the response and confirm me with the package!

First, they request a shipping charge of $30 for an item that weighs 0.1 lbs, and mark its "billable shipping weight" as one whole pound. They also only offer DHL, FedEx and the likes, and don't offer cheaper and slower shipping options, like the ones offered by Fishifast or Shipto.
Second, they open and inspect your packages, which I find unreasonable.
You can see that other reviewers have also complained about high shipping charges - I should have known better and stayed away. Don't repeat my mistake.

Sorry to hear your unfortunate experience with Ship7. So to sum up everything and to answer your questions you can see the points below:
1- We do not provide less than 1 lbs weight and each country has its own minimum charge. That is why you might get charged for $30 eventough it is just 0.1 lbs as you say. This is how most of the companies charge you too.
2- We have lots of different services for many different countries and regions. Just to give you some example we are working with SMSA Express, Aramex and our unique Postal Service solution is included in this list. FedEx, DHL, UPS are the major partners and working in Global scale mostly.
3- Opening and inspecting packages are mandatory for us by the laws and regulations. We have to know what we are shipping to any destination. We are giving this information to our carrier partners under safety rules, regulations and international laws. All other companies like us have to do the same. In addition to that we are providing FREE pictures to our customers unlike our competitors.
4- Talking about the high shipping charges is not so objective review. Since we can assure you we are under the average compared to the our competitors.

I have family in the US that always ships me stuff for me and my kids we used to deal with shop and ship which takes over 10 days to shop our packages! Soo happy I found out about ship7 I usually get my packages withing 4 days max!
We have been using shop7 for approx 7 years now and they have always offered a very professional service from start to finish. We have used them for both local and international deliveries as well as storage. I would definitely recommend them.
Ship7 is the one Company I would & have recommended to other all the customers that want to shop from the USA. I just send a link of the item that I want to purchase and they did all the work for me. Notified me as soon as the package came and visibility was for my items was really good. Service was flawless and customer service help me on every step of the process.

I am pleased that Ship7.com is now using UPS. I was shocked today. I received my parcel, and the delivery person rang my buzzer and brought my delivery up to my apartment! Thanks and highly recommended.
I had set up to use DHL to send my package from US to Aus, and randomly got a email from the Ship7 support team saying that because I was outside a major city they were going to screw me out of another $42 USD or $54.19 AUD to send it. Ship7 contacted me with these prices and gave me multiple options. They ended up changing it and not charging me the difference!
From receipt of the package getting to the warehouse to them sending it was only a day or 2.
Great business - great service and great customer service when I called them
I opted for the services of Ship7 for the shipment of a package. Due to some event, I wasn't able to accept the delivery and requested them to keep my shipment in their storage. After a few days, I got my delivery without any damage. Happy customer!
I have done business with Ship7 on two separate occasions, both times something has gone wrong. The first time my parcel was completely lost and i was only given a fraction of my refund back as well as being rudely accused of avoiding customs tax'. The second experience, my parcel was over a week late after paying almost $80 for FedEx priority from the US to UK, I understand that FedEx are only a vendor of Ship7, however the way in which Ship7 respond when requesting a refund for the late delivery (which FedEx offer out of goodwill), was extremely rude with sarcastic remarks and totally unprofessional and offensive language. All in all, i would NOT recommend Ship7, they treat their customers badly after something goes wrong, they charge high premiums and mislead people with their adverising. I will now be doing business with MyUS instead.
PS: Still waiting for the refund of my shipping charges after two weeks...

When late delivery occurs; we immediately open a claim with the carrier (FedEx) and wait for the claim to be finalized. This may take up to 7-10 business days in most cases. As soon as carrier honors a claim; we then credit your account accordingly. Since carriers have their own terms and conditions, there is no guarantee that, they honor every claim that has been opened (i. E natural causes, unexpected flight delays etc). So we have to wait until their claims to finalize.
We are determined to make your experience better; please give another chance to us to fix this. We are sure we will make it up to you and you will never think of moving to that company in Florida again:-)

Very bad service, customer service take ages to answer, and when they do they won't solve your problem, shipments take very long time to be prepared from shipping, totally not recommended, since two days Ivm trying to contact them and no sultion to ship my shipments

As we already informed you earlier, we are extremly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to surge in ship-outs that week, DHL could not pickup all packages on Friday. Normally, all shipment orders made on late hours are supposed to be shipped out the next business day.
But due to this inconvenience, we were able to ship out your package on following Monday.
This happens very rarely, but unfortunately from time to time we experience one day delays such as this one, especially on Mondays and Fridays where shipouts are the most. Since this delay is due to the carrier, we don't have much to do as a resolution.
We are sorry about the delay in response also; our live support department is closed during weekends. Live support customer service working hours are from Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.

Answer: Hi Alastair, She had a problem with her credit card so we weren't able to charge her. And at the time we haven't fully activated live chat feature on our website so she got frustrated for a while. And then we resolved the problem and shipped out her items but apparently she didn't come back and write anything else on review sites. We wish she did though; but her final thoughts was not this bad as compared to her initial comments here. We tried to reach out to her later on, we even responded to her review here, but could not get a response from her. I hope this helps.
