I was very disappointed with the service of this company. I paid extra for expedited shipping only to get the products 2 days after my party instead of 3 days before. When I contacted the company they did not respond until my 3rd complaint and then said all they would do was take back the product and refund only the money for the product not the extra I paid for "faster" delivery. It said that the product was delivered to a PO Box at the post office the day before my party but I don't have a PO Box. They are quick to take your money but are not reliable for getting things to you on time.
My first order (SZ*******) came without my husband's vertical birthday banner, embarrassing. Second order (SZ*******) was missing many graduation yard decorations/items. This is going to be devastating to this young woman who lost her dad, we were trying to make this day special for her.
I wish I had read the other reviews they ruined my daughters 16th Birthday by not shipping the things I ordered on time and when I called they basically told met here was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault. I will never use them again.
I am extremely upset with the customer service Im currently receiving with Kim. I purchased Hershey kisses on Amazon and received them completely melted since it was 92 in Ohio. I called, they said theyd try again. And again, melted with no cold packs like it was advertised. Good thing Ive planned ahead right? So I call again, they said theyll just refund me (since they cant figure out how to put an insulated box and an ice pack with it). So now Im SOL and have wasted my time with this company. She did offer to try sending it a third time, but no refund or discount, even though Ive been entirely inconvenienced and punished for their negligence. Kims response, Yeah this has been happening a lot more lately. Admits guilt that they have no quality control.

Please spare yourself and do not use them right now. I had to wait on hold for 2 1/2 hours Just to figure out what the status of my order was. We ordered high school banners, they arrived two weeks late, there was one missing, and it was so pixelated that we couldn't even hang them up. There were no errors or warnings during the review process that would've showed there was issues with the pixelation, so it was a processing issue. They will not return my emails. We've use them in the past and they've been great, but it's clear they have some serious issues going on right now.
If I could give no stars I would. Go get your banner at Office Max! Same day great job
Do NOT order from this company unless you are ordering something from them way in advance. I ordered a banner for my Mother's 75th Birthday party which should have arrived regular shipping. I have used this company in past and received my products ahead of the anticipated delivery date. This time was not the case. The party date was coming up and I noticed it hadn't shipped yet. I contacted the company three times to ask them to expidite my order for me. I did not receive a response other than we got your message we'll be in touch. No response from them yet. After the party I wrote them twice and asked them to cancel my order and guess what? They didn't respond but sent me a message today 17 days past my event that my order was delivered. Wow! Isn't that great! Never again.
Customer service is nonexistent, they will take your order and not ship your item. I paid for a item on the 8th of may and it was supposed to be shipped to my house by the 22. But it never shipped. I was able to reach someone on there Facebook page but they gave me the option to cancel but once I said I want to cancel they told me the item already shipped.

I ordered a graduation banner for my daughter who just graduated 12th grade. The order took weeks and weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong order- with someone else's daughter on the banner!
Shingdigz have not responded to my emails, phone class or anything else.

I have ordered from Shindigz in the past and this time was no different. As always, I received fast, prompt and courteous service. I ordered a personalized product on February 19th; it was shipped February 21st and received February 25th. The product was exactly as pictured and my personalized design was exactly as I had conceptualized. When I encountered a minor problem, LAUREN was there to handle my concern and address my needs in a most courteous and professional manner - immediately! Her customer service rating is a 10+! I will definitely be ordering again and again!
I purchased a cinderella carriage stand up for my daughter's party and when it arrive the box was so horribly mangled that I didnt know if the products would be ok inside. The carriage was damaged in the area where the box had been damaged and I had to call shindigz and find out how to get a replacememnt. They told me that I needed to contact the shipping company for a credit to get my replacement. Why do I have to contact them and why can they send me a new set. This was a major set back for me and I really needed to find out if I was even going to get a new product and my daughter was very unhappy and it ruined her birthday as they shipped the item last minute to begin with. Be careful when you buy from them, I know they are large company but they should have helped and stood behind the products!

I had a great experience with this company. Everything arrived promptly and was of good quality (personalized lip balms and various fabric leis). When we had to change the date of the bridal shower to another date because of a death in the family, I contacted customer service to see if I could buy new wraps for the lip balms. When I told them why, they offered to send out a duplicate order with the new date at no charge. Great customer service!

I ordered personalized Key Tags from this company. In the proof/preview the print was gorgeous. Bright and beautiful. What I received was a hot piece of horrid trash! How could they even approve this? Like what company confidently pushes out orders of this quality. You couldn't even read the tags the print was so light and the print quality made them look as though they had been printed 30 years ago! Super pixalated and unprofessional. Just embarrassing! I seriously can't believe they sent the key chains in this condition. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that doesnt print your order from basic 30 year old printers. Bootleg $#*! company.

Worst company ever. Only sent part of my order. Ordered the Nerf gun personalized banner, personalized favor bags, and center pieces. Only received the center pieces. My son's birthday party is tomorrow no banner or favor bags. Customer service never answers or responds.
DONT NOT EVERY USE THIS SITE... I placed an order, spent $64 to overnight the product and called within 5 min of placing the order to ask why my overnight shipping is taking 5 days and they told me they cant cancel the order... ridiculous! Its not even in production!
Company has poor customer service and refused to help.

The website is great and they have so many cute things. I ordered candy wrappers and when I did proof them prior submitting the order online, they looked fine. When I received them, they were for graduation and the name of the school is Grass Lake. When I got the order, the wrappers looked to be missing the GR. I emailed the company and did not get a resposne the first time. I emailed a second time and got an email right back but all it said was that I okay them before submitting. I also received about 10 short of my order, but I did have 10 of someone else's order.

There was a problem with the product I ordered. After much to do they offered to redo the order that they messed up and ship a new order. I received some money back to my account $60 total and a Promise to receive product by 6/6. Product didn't ship till 7/3 via regular mail knowing I needed it for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen on the 7th. Needless to say I never received it on time! I spent a large amount of money at this company and all they had to say was sorry but not sorry and blamed it on my mail carrier. They are in Indiana I'm in NJ, why use standard mail? If you promise to replace an order in time for a big venue, wouldn't you go out of your way to make sure it arrives on time? Why pay any money when product was never used! First and last time I use them. Instead of ShinDigz should be renamed shi. SnDitz

I am very frustrated with the lack of and/or ZERO communication from Shindigz. Since my order was placed, I messaged Shindigz several times and have had NO response regarding my order. Two of the three items I ordered did NOT ship in time as scheduled for my daughter's graduation. I asked for updates from Shindigz leading prior to the event date and received no response. I am so disappointed due to the fact that I was referred by someone to order from them for the first time and this was my experience. No one is available via phone and there hasn't been a Live Chat available on their website as stated in their voice mail each time I jump on Shindigz website. I sent another message to cancel the remainder of my order along with the shipping fee attached to those items. If I don't hear from them I plan to report Shindigz to the BBB and will write reviews everywhere I can to prevent another customer from experiencing what I went through.
Ordered well in advance of my event but items still have not shipped. No response from customer service of course. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering.

I ordered items for graduation. Over a month and did NOT receive, so I sent them a message to cancel the order. Instead the sent the order after they had received the cancellation. AND to top it all off, I still only received half the order. The half they did send was in a damaged box that was open and missing half of the half they mailed. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
