I ordered 2 Halloween shirts on September 18. It is now November 5th and I still have not received them.
I ordered my Christmas sweaters the first week of November, I still don't have them and despite repeated emails I haven't had a response from anyone at She Show. Do NOT order from them.
I got a sweatshirt and t-shirt for my wife as a surprise gift and part of my comfort in making this purchase was the disclaimer on their return policy: "If for any reason you do not love your items, they can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order". I also understood that the shipping fee would be my responsibility if I needed to return it. However, what SheShow fails to mention in their return policy is that it will need to be shipped Internationally back to their warehouse in China. That seems like an important detail to inform customers about. The price of sending a package Internationally is almost the same price as the product itself. Another frustration I experienced is that their customer service requires you to use regular mail (USPS) when shipping it back. They say it's for custom clearance reasons. Which means the USPS tracking system is limited to the USA only and tracking expires after 120 days. Once it leaves to go overseas you have no way to track your package. Unlike DHL they track your package all the way to China. But SheShow said not to send it through them or any other carrier. I returned this item on 6/5 and informed SheShow of the tracking number. I never got an update. Seven months pass until I reached back out to them to ask about my refund and they conveniently said they cannot refund any of my purchase because the tracking has expired. These are unacceptable business practices. I followed the exact procedure they requested. This company has very poor and deceptive business practices and I want to discourage others from purchasing through them. This process has been a waste of my time and money. If you want to support American made products please don't buy from SheShow.

Answer: Scam. I ordered a bathing suit. Received it to find the stitching is totally crooked and the suit is not wearable. They won't take it back and offered a very small amount for a "refund".
