THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF! I ordered directly from their website and that was a big mistake. I had no idea their items ship from China. Still waiting for my order... I should have used Amazon instead. At least I would have some recourse. I've learned my lesson. I'll go they Amazon next time I want to order cheap goods not made in the USA!
They state you can return items (per their return policy). Even re-read the return policy. The sweatshirts are amazing to purchase from that website, especially with the offering prices and the good materials that are provided, only had issues tracking the package and delay about updating the tracking information, but still lovely to order from them again.
Order ******* 14 pair of socks for Christmas gifts. Ordered well in advance of Christmas 7 pairs arrived with in 2 weeks. Balance of order cam Christmas week making it to cost prohibitive to mail out specific pairs to distant friends and relatives in time for Christmas. It took quite a while to recieve my flannel shirt and stocking cap. I was disappointed that I paid $64.55 and it was seriously a very thin, quality not as expected stamped with Made in China and the hat was no different than one you would pay $7.99 for at Walmart or somewhere. The colors were cute but the shirt will not wear long, I washed it and it is already faded and I have yet to wear it.
STAY AWAY! Do not buy from this company! Worst service ever! Ordered a t shirt, 3 months later still being told its delayed due to covid 19. Eventually was told they would send another after numerous emails to complain. Then get told I would need to choose something else instead. Complained and complained until got most of my money back but the customer service is awful. The company should be closed down! WISH I HAS READ REVIEWS 1ST

I had ordered three 2XL shirts. They actually arrived quickly! These t-shirts are 6 inches shorter than any other shirts I have. The design is cute. The material soft but the shirts are NOT wearable. When I reached out to CS, they said the were sorry they didn't fit. The fit is not the issue, it's the lack of material! All the pictures show a normal shirt. I am going to assume that because they are a 2XL the design is flawed. If you are a stocky person and need 2XL! Run... run run! But based on their CS I'd encourage everyone to stay far away! This would be a huge waste of your money! $60 shop rags at best here. They are that short. Not salvageable at all! Beyond disappointed!
A very nice and simple website for shopping for clothes, I received my charcoal sweatsuit, and happy with the quality, just a little upset with the time for having it, other than that it's fine and I'll order again soon <3 <3 <3.
Why is zero stars an option? I ordered 2 shirts and never received them. When I contacted them they told me that they were delivered but couldn't offer any proof. They shipped the items DHL and claim they were delivered to my mailbox. I live in a gated community and the only people that have access to my mailbox are me, my office, and USPS. So how did DHL deliver a package to my mailbox when they don't have access. When I asked this the company told me "oh well" and they would give me 50% off if I wanted to but the shirts again. Really!?!? I have already filed a claim with the BBB because this company should not be allowed to do business like this.
Ordered a gift for a relative at Christmas. I followed the size chart listed on the actual item website. It was supposed to be XXL equivalent to size 16 as per their size chart but it came fitting a 12 on their size chart. They refused to pay for the return even though the error is on their side. The return is to China so expensive shipping; they don't even have a return label at a fair shipping rate to deduct. You have to send emails for help and in drippingly nice responses ignore your request and push you to keep the item until 5-6 emails later. Then they would only agree to a 20% discount for an item that I cannot use. Ridiculous. Avoid completely.
It has been over two months since I placed an order with Sheshow. I have emailed multiple times request where my purchase was in the shipping process. I was given a shipping link only to find it is never updated. My items were last seen in Bloomington, CA. Here it is almost July and I have not received my order. Don't order from this company! It is not honorable or trust worthy. I doubt now if the company is legitimate.
I purchased the Bulldogs/Braves hat. What a cheap piece of crap. Hat is made from cheap, flimsy cloth and won't even stand on itsown. I received mine today, what a wrinkled mess. Can't even wear the damn thing. TOTAL RIPOFF

Ordered my item March 25th, sent me tracking which delivery service informed me it does not exist to contact seller. Tried to contact seller now they no longer exist. There is another shop that just popped up called wowbuybuy and it looks to be the same as Sheshow. Don't get scammed!
I would not have ordered from this company if I had realized it was not in the United States. It took over three weeks to get the order. I wanted to return an item but it would have cost more than I paid for it. They did offer me a 20% refund which was a total of $4.21. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLA CE
This company needs to relook at how they ship items. They contract with DHL and charged me $8 for shipping on an $8 item. DHL was unable to deliver to my place of business because they tried to deliver on a Saturday when the office is closed. Instead of attempting again on a weekday, their policy with SheShow is to give item to the Post Office. The Post Office had instructions from the sender to not try and send back. So, my item was disposed of per the Post Office. SheShow would not compensate me or re-send the item at no cost to me.

When trying to return/exchange there is no response from customer service after 5 messages sent, still waiting but doubtful at this point. Would not recommend buying anything from them.
I ordered a T-shirt over 2 months ago. Tracking showed it originated in China and has been in Los Angeles for 5 weeks. Customer service refused to refund my money. This company is trash.
Answer: Scam. I ordered a bathing suit. Received it to find the stitching is totally crooked and the suit is not wearable. They won't take it back and offered a very small amount for a "refund".
