Just like everybody else has said, there's no customer service phone number. My order has been sitting in a warehouse for 12 days according to their website. They haven't responded to emails and it doesn't look like my order is going to be shipping anytime soon.
I ordered 2 t-shirts and got a confirmation number. Tracking goes nowhere. Total scam of a company. Calling the bank to see if I can stop them taking any money out of my account. Wish the companies that picked them as advertising had done a better job at checking them out first.
My friends and I really love our socks! They are soft and super funny; well the intent is funny. I got so many compliments on this shirt I felt like I should have had some business cards from you to hand out. I just love it. Great fit, Beautiful Message, and very soft and comfortable. My order arrived quickly, and I love the socks! They are the perfect weight to wear with shoes or slippers. Just wish the message was more visible, like on the ankle! Great! It was last-minute gift ideas that made people laugh. Much needed at this time.
Shipping takes forevvvvvver! I wrote their customer service to try and cancel the order and they said, "sorry we can't cancel it because it has already shipped" when I look up the tracking number it just always says it is in China. Sadly I did not have items to give as gifts in time. Don't wast your time or money!
I tried to order a gift for a friend. It was never delivered. The whole thing has been going on for over two months and is still dragging on. The tracking information has since disappeared. They only reply to every fourth email or so, claiming the item has been delivered. They refuse to refund me. This place is an total scam with horrible customer service.
Purchased a cute sweatshirt via an Instagram ad and I never received my item. I received a shipping notification, however, the tracking information takes you to a Page that no longer exists. Even when I log into my order I get an error message. Going to their Instagram page, you can see the hundreds of reviews of others having the same issue. They gladly took my money and despite my many efforts to get in contact with them, I have never received a response nor my goods. At this point I must contact my bank and file a credit card dispute. Buyer beware!
ZERO STARS. Quality of items were bad. Returns are not US domestic and they want you to ship back to their warehouse in China and shipping always costs more than the items to do so. They make you take a 40% refund and keep their crappy items. This place is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!
Purchased a shirt for my wife for her birthday it's been over a month have not email or any thing acknowledging other than I sent the money to there site! Have sent numerous emails! Probably just going to cancel through my credit card
Ordered on Jan 20, received items on Mar 9. Quality was poor, material was very hard, and t shirt was penetrated and had a hole in it. The items also didn't fit. I requested a return for full refund, but the company has been very tricky and difficult to deal with.
They first asked me to keep my items since it'd cost them too much to pay for return shipping (turned out the company was in Mainland China), then gave me 2 option after I refused - keep my items for 30% back, or I pay full return shipping from the US to the address in Mainland China. When I refused and insisted, and showed them their return policy (which offered full refund and covered shipping for items that didn't fit), they claimed that the sizes were "adjustable" (they were not). After I insisted on return, they would come back every time with "solutions" that were not return and refund, including resending the item that was damaged. Disgusting experience.
I'm still dealing with them after over a week of frustrating communications after requesting return. I've never had such a difficult experience requesting a refund. I don't know if I'll ever get a refund from these crooks and can only wait to see what other trumped up clever excuse or "solution" they can come up with to avoid giving me a refund and getting me off their backs. Their return policy is a joke.
Also there seems to be only 1 person in customer service - "Elena Herbert" - and everything is up to her.

I stumbled across She Show by accident and love it! The socks were fun gifts for friends and I also got a couple tee shirts for myself. The quality and price are great in both products and I will certainly be buying more from this company.
SheShow requires you to pay the shipping charges for sending back returns—to China. SheShow also only accepts returns on damaged items. So, if something doesn't fit—you're stuck with it. Oh, and everything fits very small. Don't buy from SheShow.
My order from a month ago has not been received but my credit card was charged on day one! The tracking number shows package "returned". I've never gotten a response from customer service! Terrible! Reported to BBB
Ordered 2 things. A boho chic dress in XL, what arrived after 4 months was for the size of a 10 year old.
The other item, a long cardigan - never arrived. I sent no less than 8 messages and they just shined me on.
It's fraud - they're thieves and the product is $#*!. Don't get excited about a cute picture because the product - if it ever comes, is far from what you ordered.
They don't mention that they're shipping from China.
Make a hard pass on buying anything.
I placed an order with this company on Dec 7 for some 2020 items and I have still not received on JAN 4. Customer service is a joke. Non helpful and wouldn't let me cancel since it had supposedly been processed for shipping on 12/21/20. It's now January 4 and they still have not arrived. Tracking says 17 days transit. Who knows when it will arrive... only thing I do know is that this whole experience has been my worst online purchase experience.
Was very disappointed in the lack of business sense and customer service help I received from this company. The company website was not clear on how an order would be shipped, ordered several items and one pre-ordered item and they failed to ship the non-pre ordered items out separately or indicate that clearly during the ordering process. Tried 3 times to have my inquiries answered by customer service with no response. (2 - website account, 1 - facebook) When I finally had a response from my fourth email with a request to cancel they refused. Stated the item had already been shipped with a tracking number that never indicated where my shipment was (was told to check back in 3-5days to see if tracking updates (never updated) finally received package after almost a month after ordering and past the time I needed it and NOW they want a review > Poor Business Practices!

I have been sending emails since Mid May about return one item and exchange one item. They say they have a three day return policy but they don't get back with you. I have not received any email responses yet and I am very disappointed with this company.
I placed an order for a sweatshirt and 3 t-shirts. I received the sweatshirt about 3 weeks after placing my order. I received an email after another 3 weeks saying my t-shirts shipped and a tracking number. T-shirts never arrived and when I try to track them it just says unavailable. I've reached out to the company via email 3 times a received no response. It's been weeks and weeks. I'm happy I payed with PayPal because I was able to file a complaint and request a refund. Do NOT do business with this company! Below is a screenshot of the message I get when trying to track my order with the tracking info they emailed me.
I orderd 6 shirts over 7 weeks ago and still don't have them, i emailed them and keep saying "just wait they will arrive". Absolute bull when i asked for a refund they said no, just don't buy anything from these guys, go to a t-shirt sublimation place near you and get them cheaper and pick up on the spot.
Ordered in the middle of April, it's now June 3rd and I still haven't received my order. Tracking hasn't been updated since may 5th. I've tried to reach them 5 times. They responded twice with a scripted message giving me the tracking number so I can follow up. I have the tracking number. I didn't need it. I needed to know why it's been 7 weeks and I have no t-shirts and they have my $60. Will never shop here again. Ever.
This is a SCAM! Still have not received my items. I contacted them and they did respond, but lied. I then contacted the carrier who is supposed to be delivering the shipment and they don't know anything about it. Can't provide any info. They told me to contact the company. I did, now they will not respond. Don't waste your time or money!
Answer: Scam. I ordered a bathing suit. Received it to find the stitching is totally crooked and the suit is not wearable. They won't take it back and offered a very small amount for a "refund".
