Bought 2 of the sharpening bras, ordered them according to their sizing chart. When they arrived, I thought they looked too small. Not so, they fit perfect, real stretchy yet very soft, supportive, and comfortable.
After seeing many wonderful reviews on line for this shape wear, I decided I needed to give it a try. Very satisfied customer with the wireless bra. Comfortable. Washes well. No more uncomfortable wires.

I want to do an exchange but my item is on back order. Instead of taking my order and shipping when available l have to return for a 4.95 fee hence not free return. No one answers your emails even after days. Go buy at the store it'd easier.

I have no problems at all with my Shapermint experience other than the length of time it took to receive the products. They sat in Raleigh (120 miles away) for 10 days before I received them. Otherwise everything is great.
I ordered a few things from shapermint. One of the panties rolled. Customer service was great and they continued to communicate with me until this was resolved. Now waiting for the shipment. Thank you
I had great support with a representative who not only answered all of my questions, but assisted me in selecting an alternative product and sent it out right away. She gave me a complimentary replacement and made helpful suggestions.
Beware when dealing with Shapermint.
1. Horrible customer service - takes forever to get an answer and just keep being told "we are looking into it"
2. Long shipping time - took over a month to receive my product
3. Pushy with reviews - received review requests before I even had product in hand
4. Poor shipping info - inaccurate shipping details - was told my package was delivered to my house hur was actually nowhere on my property but instead at the Local post office
5. Won't correct their error - they shipped the wrong items and and won't refund or exchange the product to correct the issue
6. The refund window goes from the date of order eventho it takes over a month to receive your order.
7. Products are made in China by a third party

So, Shapermint did it again. The items are great quality, and reasonably priced. My last shipment was delayed in transit because of everyone and increased shipping demands. Still don't care... LOVE the products.

Hey I've ordered a couple different kinds and I could actually put them on and pulling them up by myself! Lol kinda like forget it! They are really nice though. Hold you together but you can breath, for us larger women. I'll be back for sure.

Hello, I'm new to Shapermint and very delighted to be a part of a very good company & your awesome Customer Service Dept. I'm exchanging 2-items for a different sizes and never thought that I would not have to return the items, but keep them or share giving them to someone else.
That is simply amazing, I've never recalled this happening especially in today's greediness for more money and many times at any cost.

The products I've purchased have been great, but what has really earned my repeat business is the exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a company who is this committed to making sure that their customers are 100% satisfied.
Product sizing varies greatly between items and also sizing guides rarely lead you to the correct size. Even with taking my measurements, I had to exchange sizes for everything. For example, one of the bras recommended a M based on my bra size but I think I'll end up with an XL! Customer service is OK-I don't like when companies don't have a phone number you can call. The live chat option kept messing up and the attendant didn't seem to understand me (if an item is too small, I probably don't want to order a size smaller!). Through email I got the best results though-the staff was helpful and accommodating. Returns are easy enough but you will pay for return shipping if you don't do an exchange. Overall, I would buy again wth them.
I had problems with my first few pairs of tights. But they were right there within minutes sorting it out. No fuss, lovely kind people and no getting ripped off.
They love their customers and have an amazing team.
