I ordered my garment during one of their many sales, and had no issue receiving it in a timely manner. The problem came when I wanted to return it, as it was not of the quality I was expecting. So I went to the web site to begin the return process. I entered my order number and zip code, and a link came up that showed what I had ordered, but it said "Item Not Fulfilled," and the link did not work. So I went to the customer service link on the web site and sent an email. The one I received back said something to the effect that they were very busy, the system was having issues, and their tech people were working on the problem, and that I should give them a "maximum of 48 hours" to respond to my email. It also said if I didn't hear back in that time, I should send another email. Well, I've done that, and I've only heard crickets. No response to my emails, and no way that I've found to speak to a live person to get my return process started. If this company wants to do more than scam people into buying their products, they should work to satisfy those folks who believed their claims of great customer service, and actually HAVE customer service.
I placed an order on 11/8/2018 totaling $65.90; I was sent 2 different tracking numbers which were both bogus. I even received an email stating that I missed my delivery from the postal service and to contact the post office to follow up on a fake tracking number. The post office has no record of the information and did not leave notice for me to pick up my items. I have reached out to customer service twice by email. YOU CAN NOT CALL THIS COMPANY... BIG RED FLAG! If the company is checking this my Invoice is ******* and my Order ID# SM*******. I would like my items or my money. My next step is to contact the BBB. This has turned out to be a scam. DON'T DO IT! I gave one star because I can't give a ZERO!

This company has HORRIBLE customer service! Even if the products are good, they will screw you! I ordered 4 items and only received 2 items. They have NO phone support, only email. I have sent numerous emails asking for the missing 2 items or a refund. Worst Customer Service EVER

Ordered product on Dec 2nd; received a shipping notification on December 3rd. (yay! That is how orders usually work!) But THEN... checked my tracking info on December 4th and then NOTHING. Reached out via email several times. Canned responses from their auto-bots. Reached out to the live chat and the "person" on the other end just gave me the SAME tracking info I had received on December 4th and had the audacity to tell me it was "in transit." No; it has not moved since December 4th. Oh and now their live chat isn't even an option on the shapermint homepage anymore at least for me. Today is December 17th I guess I'm going to get my credit card company involved now and file a dispute. Then reach out to the Better Business Bureau to be the 24th complaint on file against them.

After I had my two babies I've been a little bit ashamed of my body, for a few years after trying with spanx and see no results i've given up to shapewears, then I saw this ad on facebook for this particular brand. What I most liked was the diversity on their ads, they don't show you the typical victoria secret model, they show you real middle age women that really need this. I've purchased the empetua shaper and i can say im not ashamed of using dresses anymore!

I have had to report Shapermint through PayPal because they're trying to scam me out of money they still owe. I had an order total of $42.92. I cancelled the entire order. They claim they refunded the total amount but my PayPal only received a refund amount of $22.49. I contacted customer service several times stating this and even included proof that they issued the wrong amount. They stuck to their story that they refunded my full amount and gave me the run around. Now they are no longer responding. Which is why I reported them through PayPal DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They still haven't even responded to PayPal sending them the report.

Hello gals, after reading so man bad reviews i was terrified because i had already placed my order on Shapermint. Since it was my first time on this website i only chose a pair of Empetua shorts. The bad thing was they didn't provide shipping number but to my surprise the item arrived on time and it fit as expected. In the end i cannot say if i was lucky...

I wish i had read more reviews on this company as i am now learning they are horrible! I ordered a product and received it and was unhappy with the product, so they provided me with a store credit to purchase a new item. Which i did and was still unhappy with this item, as it was too small and i just wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I received a return ID number and sent the item back to get a larger size... Only to NEVER receive the item after emailing back and forth for over a month and still never received the item. They sent me an email telling me they were going to refund me for my item. But the refund was only the DIFFERENCE of my store credit (which was my money to begin with) so my refund for over $40 was 7.80... and not even refunded for shipping, which was $12 something... I have reached out to the company by email and then on facebook messenger only to be ghosted on both platforms. I left a public review on a facebook ad they posted only to be told they would fix the issue, which they NEVER did, they facebook messaged me and i gave them my order number and never got a reply back. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB for this site. They either owe me almost $50 or my item.

I purchased their products more than a month ago. I have made more than one inquiry concerning the delivery of the order. I received an email saying I would heard something within a 48 hour max window. So far nothing and it's goong on 96 hours. I have received a tracking number which appears to be bogus as the number yields nothing when delivery inquiries are made.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
