After three attempts to find a product in the Shapermint lineup that works for me, I am sad to say that I have concluded this is not the brand for me. I don't see any belly compression benefits, the torso isn't long enough, and there is no easy access for bathroom trips.

Shapermint has amazing products. Really love the quality and durability. I have purchased products for years for myself and my mom. They arrive in a timely manner and the prices are reasonable. The one thing I hold against Shapermint is they charge $4.99 club fee without my knowledge., and did not refund or address my complaint. They just went silent. This is not a good business practice 🤔😏

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with for returns and refunds. Not only that, if you place an order, you are automatically signed up for a club membership. Most people don't even realize that they're being signed up for a club membership. I wasn't. The products are mediocre at best. Save your money. Use a reputable company. Attached is an unopened box. I'd never ordered additional items from this company. I'm only going to assume it has something to do with a club membership. Again, do not order from this company. They use shady business practices.

I returned a bra for exchange. There have been one sided emails that give me no options for help and only give me 24 hours for response before they consider my issue "resolved". 2 weeks later and no help. I even tried their facebook messaging. Only a chat bot. I would NOT recommend this company.
