Luckily the size I ordered fits and I have went back for more but that's not why the 3 stars. Have no experience of dealing with CS to refer to so im not mentioning that. I'm irritated at the lie of a sale when it's always the same exact price. The bra's I bought are $28.99 and states it's the sale price that will only last so long, each and every "sale". But it's ALWAYS that price unless you buy more at the same time. But again, that's always the same too. Why not just show that the normal everyday price is $28.99 instead of making it appear as though it's a sale? I just hate the "labor day sale" and I go to look to see the exact same price that it was just hrs, days, weeks, or months before. That is enough to make me go elsewhere cause we ascustomers are not stupid and yet we are being treated like we are. I also have a problem with the straps not being adjustable, they curl and slide down but it's not enough to deter wearing them. They are decently comfortable otherwise IMO and I hate bra shopping so this works for me, for now.
On February i bought and item from this merchant i pay with my paypal card since then they been charging me a so call a account membership wish i never sign in on any membership from them, i have try to get in touch with them they never answer, send them emails asking to stop making those charges i had only one email reply from them telling me to go to my account and delete it, when i dont have account number, i had to call paypal month every to dispute charge, paypal has replace my card 4 times, because they keep charging to my new accounts

I received no confirmation letter, so had to wait to see if my order arrived. Online promised me a call back and I never received that so I was skeptical. When it arrived 5 days later ( a cami and some high waisted panties) I was disappointed it didn't smooth out as promised, my back rolls didn't disappear or look smoother and my belly pouch and belly were the same as if i had worn undergarments that possessed no compression. I am forced to up my dieting and exercise, I am not returning them as I don't have any faith that they would be received back because of the experiences I had ordering and unfulfilled bot promises and ultimately getting my money back. First, never got a email with my order number or a packing slip with my package. Trying to return the very unsupportive bras but getting the run around. Was on chat with "Rachel" and she kept on and on trying to get me to exchange, no thanks. She can help me get a better fit, they fit just don't support. Then put amount on a gift card for next purchase, no thanks. She didn't want me to miss out on deals…blah blah. Told her I was getting annoyed and she said she sent me an email with the return label. No email, she sent again but when I clicked on the link, it says the url was canceled by the administrator. Very poor business practices, feels like I've been scammed. I will go through my credit card company and see if they get anywhere.

Be very sure u have the correct size it's a nightmare if not impossible to return. Yes they advertise a seamless return policy but sadly they don't live up to that statement. So far countless emails leaving me with so called " pinky promises " of help with my return from customer support team but still waiting for Sophie to get back to me.

Returns & finding a living person is a frustrating challenge. On top of a 3 day conversation with multiple lost people is insufferable. All this just to ask for the address I return this return to. I still have not received the answer.
I have to return an item. It is excruciatingly painful.
After you process your return online it takes you straight to a page for exchanges. You don't get any information on where to send it back, not even an email.
For customer service, there are only bots on facebook messenger or on their website to talk to. No phone number, no email, no real person. And once you finally get a real person and you respond back, you get a different person who has not read up on the conversation and instead of giving the answer they give you the link back to the website to process the return, which I had already done. I have been dealing with this for 3 days.
I feel that shapermint is making it difficult for returns on purpose. With the run around it seems to be a scam in order to not have to return your money and they have lost a customer.

Reached out to customer service after receiving an email at 12:30 in the morning that my order was delivered…it was not, when I checked the tracking it had my correct address when customer service followed up they said it was delivered to a different address. I reached back out to them with all of the information needed and now I just keep getting the same email saying they are looking into it…Very disappointing

I recently ordered from Shapermint and I was satisfied with the deal they were offering, but another deal popped up as I was trying to check out which looked really great. But when I ordered they added two more items to my order instead of one item. That gave me three items in my cart and it also made my shipping higher. My total came to $46, but $59 was taken out of my PayPal account. Of course, I canceled the order and I did it through Chat, because otherwise you're going to be leaving a phone message. The chat agent was good at her job, because she really tried hard for me not to cancel my order and kept offering me this and that. In the end, I had to just cancel the order, because I wasn't sure what the total price was going to be. I had to request a cancellation confirmation via email and I did get one right away. Because of all the pop-up offers, it made it very complicated to try to order anything from them. What was supposed to be a $24 order turned into a $59 order. I did not want to spend that much money on a product I hadn't tried out before. I was given a coupon for 10% off my order and then another pop-up window told me I could have an additional 15% off if I allowed them to give me text messages. When I addressed this with the chat agent, she told me you could only do one coupon per order. All in all, it's just too complicated when you can't just order an item without pop-ups! I see lots of great reviews and I just think this must be people who have money to throw away and don't mind being overcharged. Again, I never agreed to $59!

I bought some bras from them several months ago. To be honest, I did like the bras but now last month for some reason they charged my debit card 4.99 twice and I haven't bought anything in several months. I tried calling and emailing and their ibot helper but to no avail. Be careful with this company and your financial information unless you want to have erroneous charges like I did. No one at this company has had the decency to get back to me.

The misleading advertising this company does...Camis do not have even a shelf bra. Model shown with definite support, but no extra bra. Says "with or without bra". Assumed a shelf bra. Did more searching. How many reviews are we saying people have to do before we hold companies accountable? No person to phone or email. A useless bot, on purpose.

This company is outrageous! I spent $55 on an order that was supposedly delivered on 18 May. Well, I never received it. I have spent the last almost 3 weeks trying to get a hold of somebody to find out what happened or to try to make this right either by email text message phone and Facebook and it still has not been resolved and all I have gotten is the complete runaround from robots that I'm probably talking to! Shame on your company because you stole $55 from me and left me with nothing and I am a single mom with two kids and I don't appreciate that! I would give Shapermint 5 stars but their shipping is rather pricey. They charge $5.00 an item so for 2 bras, the shipping was $10 bucks. Possibly the more you order, the less shipping is but still. If possible, I try not to pay shipping for anything. It's true that they give great discounts on their items but this is why, they make up for it by recovering the discounts in shipping charges. I know that if I mailed 2 bras to someone, the USPS wouldn't charge me $10 to do so. These companies ship in bulk and get major discounts. The bras haven't arrived yet so I'm looking forward to getting them! Great prices. Great product.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
