I ordered 2 bras that are just ok and somehow ended up with a membership and fee I can't cancel. 3 weeks after I ordered the bras I get a notice that $4.99 has been taken from my account for a membership fee. I never signed up for a membership and didn't know anything about it and it was NEVER stated at the purchase time. I tried to cancel, but there is no way to do that. They only have customer service help if you are buying, once they trap you there is now customer service. I will never buy online from a company like this again...EVER
If anyone has any advice on how to stop this membership nightmare, I'll take it.

I ordered two bras. When I checked out my bill was around $55. Somehow after I hit the check out button, two more items were added to my order making the total over $100. One of the items was 3x smaller than my size. I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they could do. They said all their items are really great so I should just try them on. I found this site through TikTok and I have major regrets ordering from them.

I got my bag today and was really excited. They hooked me with the membership because they were including "free shaper panty" and I got a bra and pants. Haven't tried the pants yet, but the bra had a snag. They asked me to send in a picture of the pulled fabric. They sent another one immediately without really asking me what I wanted to do. Which I guess is ok. I mean I don't even know if it fits or not... So when I was taking pictures, she let me know that if I didn't answer back within a minute the call would be ended. She told me to take the pics for her... So that was strange. Then I asked her and another agent about where the free panty was. It showed up as free item in the cart. But the email I got did not show it at all. She said I guess it wasn't shipped and all they could offer was a 20% coupon. I said well, why didn't u just send it with the other bra. I also asked her if I needed to return the bra I got, she said no. But then sent me an email about returning the item. This is such a weird company. The other agent flat out ignored by question when I asked about the free panty promo. So be careful with their pink promotional bar at the top. I don't think I will continue my subscription. :/ Haven't even tried the pants yet.

I wanted to try one bra. After selecting and entering payment info, kept getting pop-ups to purchase something else. Got frustrated and exited. Immediately found out I had been charged and tried to cancel. That's impossible. Didn't get a purchase order,which is necessary to cancel, until it shipped. I had been in touch with customer service who refused to help. Said they could do nothing and I would have to return. Major scam!
This company must be a scam. I ordered online and they are sending it to a different address on the other side of the country. Of course, when I try to contact customer support, they have no phone support, they say you can message, but then it takes you back to the chat. The chat feature is just a bot that can't answer questions or deal with problems. When you request a live chat, it won't give it to you. When you finally do get a live chat, they lie to you. The chat told me it was going to take two weeks to get my product when it took less than a week to supposedly deliver it to the wrong address. What kind of sense does that make, then they say that there are no refunds or exchanges. That's not what they were saying before they said they redid my order and put the right address on but yet I have gotten no notification and they have not shown me where they have done that when I complained they ended the chat. Horrible experience. I am pretty sure they have stolen my money. And they could care less. Do not order from this company. They are unreliable at best and at worst are scamming people out of money.
There is absolutely no support in the cami. I'm 57 and these cannot give support and be worn without a bra. You would be better off going to TJ Maxx or Marshalls and finding a Skinny Girl cami. At least there would be padding.
I placed an order for 2 cami's in size small. I received 2 panty shapers in XXL. I have been trying to reach the company and it took forever to find a phone number once I did no one has called back. I tried chat and that didn't work. I sent 4 emails and all the replies must been auto reply because they had nothing to do with my situation. I am very unhappy. I spent $40 and didn't get anything I can use and can't speak to anyone. I will be posting all over social media
If you order and receive your product, the satisfaction seems high. If you do not receive your order and need to discuss it then good luck. The online chat is a bit that goes thru a circle of possibilities if you do not receive it. Then you are told they will connect you to a live person but automatically are told everybody is busy and you can send an email or use Facebook messenger to speak to a real person. These are also standardized automated responses. Again speaking to you as if you aren't smart enough to open your door and find your delivery. My package is tracked and listed as delivered. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with no receiving an order. I will not be using this company again. I do not care how great their product may be. If your customer service stinks, then it's not worth the hassle.
Well placed an order with a discount code.The Shapermint website took the discount code, then when I received my confirmation the discount code was removed and the higher amount was charged to my card! Not only that but I paid extra for faster shipping and on the confirmation I see this

After just 2 washes both pair are less desirable. I got 3 snags/runs in the behind of my shapermint originals, and strings were coming loose in my ones with pockets.
Only 2 out 3 items I ordered arrived. The 3rd item sold out but Shapermint did not advise me. When I contacted them, I was offered a coupon to order something else. Coupon won't work when I try to use it and I've spent 10 days going back and forth with Shapermint trying to resolve. They have sent me an invoice to complete the order and pay. Invoice has the wrong item on it, postage costs on the invoice are more than on the website, and the items on the invoice cost more than on the website. The coupon was adjusted to try and cover the increase in garment cost but not to the full amount, so when I though I'd be paying 9.95, I'm now being asked to pay 25 to replace an item that I ordered and didn't receive - scam
After making my order I received a DHL tracking number. This number DID NOT show up on DHL's website for 3 days. I emailed Shapermint, and finally got a response THREE DAYS LATER informing me they'd changed the carrier. Two weeks later my order has not yet arrived. Is someone walking across the country with my bras? They charge an arm and leg for courier fees.

Shapermint is a joke! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! I ordered $150 of products. Everything was ordered in XL/XXL. 7 of the items were shipped in LG and the one item that was the right size (bike shorts) were sent in tan, not the black I ordered. The reason was I was given was they didn't want to delay my order waiting for the stock. So purposely sent me everything TOO SMALL? It's shape wear! If I could fit into LG I wouldn't need it. So I was told to re-select because nothing I ordered was available. So I did. Dozens of times. Only to be told that another item was not in stock. Nothing was being 'picked' at the warehouse to hold... After 160 emails back and forth over 8 months... I was told they FINALLY would be shipping my order. Only to be told a few days later that the reselect items would cost them more than my original order so they finally agreed to just refund me. Lesson from this experience... shop other shape ware brands or buy one item. Never got back the $55 I paid in custom fees at my door either.
I should have known better. Never purchase items advertised on social media. I should have backed out from the purchases experience. All those pop ups wanting you to buy more were definite red flags. But i went ahead like a fool and ordered a black bra. A beige one came. It was made out of stretchy underwear material. Could not hold up my 44DDs. What a joke. I couldn't even adjust the straps. Reading the other reviews I'll just write my $38 off as a loss. Shame on you Shapermint!

I ordered them, great sale save a lot of money. Now I'm out the money which ended up costing 45.00 more then agreed on. It was a small order so 45.00 extra dollars was a big jump. No bras, no money and really bad communication.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
