This company is a scam. I ordered a 38.00 bra in asize 44b. They sent me an exlarge. It did not fit. I went online to return it an get the right size. I contacted them 6 times and they totally ignored me. I finally gave up so now I'm out 38.00 and I have a bra that doesnt fit.I dont order intimates online anymore thanks to them.This is not the first company that just ignored me. I guess this is the new scam to steal your money.
Ordered three sport bras, checked your size chart for my size( I'm a 3 8D) , your chart shows that an 2XL would fit me, not true. Worn one of the bras for approx five hours and the straps left deep indents on both my shoulders. Since I've worn one bra, hopefully my granddaughter will like the other two. Yes it felt like I wasn't wearing a bra until I took it off.
I ordered the high waisted shaper shorts to wear under my wedding dress, and I love them! Not too restrictive, but they smooth everything out and don't roll down. Not to mention the customer service is amazing! I chatted with Brianna, as I hadn't seen a confirmation email, but she was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and said my order was on its way. It arrived the next day, 8 days after purchasing. I bought a size small, though I wear a size 6 pant. Overall I'm very happy with them! (Canada)

I wrote a review on here about a horrifc experience I had with not only the clothes and false advertising, but more disturbingly the treatment I recieved when simply trying to express my experience. I cant find any email to write anyone willing to hear me out. I thought maybe a review would get me a response but nothing. Here I sit watching these commercials pop up every 10 min to remind me of the worse shopping experience on ALL levels. While i was writing my response on thier messenger, the lady closed out the conversation and when i requested a new conversation, it had me on hold for over an hour! I realized they were intentionally not taking my request to speak to a rep. This has never happened to me and im not a complainer, as this is the first company I felt the need to discuss. If you had a good experience, then chances are your a size 6 to 14 and never had to deal with customer service. Those are the majority giving good ratings.
I had ordered some tank and scoop neck camis, and somewhere along the line the order had been split and the courier lost half of it. The Customer service at Shapermint worked diligently trying to replace my order, which in the meantime had sold out. But they persevered, and emailed me all along the way, and yesterday replacement finally arrived.
The camis are great, until you've worn them for a couple of hours and they then to bunch up at my middle - my waist is 10" smaller than my hips - but they do manage to smooth out my side/back folds. You get into the camis feet first, and this means that after your first bathroom break you will have to pull them down again past your bum, and that doesn't work as well as that initial pull up. They will tend to roll back up over aforementioned ample hips towards the waist.
Same goes for the high waisted shaper leggings, they do tend to slip or roll down after a few hours, but a discreet little tug back up keeps them in line.
Over all my size 12/14 looks like it's closer to a 10 in my XL leggings and 2XL camis. Actually funny, as I'm normally smaller on top, but I guess that's the way the sizes run.

I live in Canada and ordered from the Shapermint Canada website. When the ordered came I was charged $46 for customs /duties ON TOP OF the $9.99 shipping when the order was placed. I was told it was their policy. I will not purchase from them again.

I've purchased cami's twice now, so I like the product. I had a question about my last order. The Bot in customer service on the website does not work. They ask you to text, but a text can't be delivered. They want to put you in que to speak with a live agent, but the que kicks you out. It's ridiculous. My first order of cami's I did not have a problem with them rolling up. The last 3 I ordered in the same size are rolling up and I wanted to speak with customer service to see if they could help.
Delayed the products. Then wrong shipping tracking number sent. Then the product was sent back to sender after arriving in Toronto. No idea why but they take orders when they can't fulfill them. Wouldn't trust them now
I purchased the cami and the open chest shaper I went by the sizing chart an ordered XL. I find the cami squeezes my breasts together so much that it looks like I have a uni-boob. I also find that both products roll up at the bottom terribly. Also I am now spammed with constant texts and emails which I really find overkill. I will likely not purchase from here again.
Their products are excellent and so is their customer service. I ordered several items that were too large and had to exchange them. The exchange process was so seamless and easy, which is greatly appreciated.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
