I ordered from Shapermint and the add promised a "FREE" item with my purchase. When my shipment arrived the "FREE" item was not included. When asked about it, the company offer to send me the "FREE" item at 20% discount. That is not "FREE", nor is it right. Why even offer what you cannot deliver?
If you're a Canadian customer, beware that even if you order using the website Canada.shapermint.com you will be charged duties big time! I'm being charged close to $90 for an order worth $200. It's very deceiving and I think the company should've done a better job at making this clear.

I'm a cancer patient and did multiple surgeries I needed the support from the high waisted items while healing. Caution, when you receive that cheery Shapermint email saying "your order has been sent" just know, its a form email and not based on an actual shipment sent out. The online customer service rep just admitted that to me. I'm not happy with their service and basically they lie from the minute they hit your credit card.
I recently ordered 1 bra as a trial to see if I would like the product enough to want to order more in the future.
I was charged for 3, at an extra $50 from my bank to cover it, a shipping label was created the very next day an 3 weeks later I have yet to receive the items.
The tracking number keeps reporting the item is still in the same location where the original label was created. I have contacted the company twice with no help on there end as to where the items are, or about refunding the extra $50 back for the items added to my order which I didn't place.
Over all this has been a horrible experience an I still have no items to give a proper review on! Will definitely not be ordering from them again even if I love the product!

On October 19th I received an email telling me they were out of stock for a number of things I ordered. (the email indicated "It's been so popular on our website that we've completely sold out.") This is the beginning of my confusion, as I don't understand why the website showed it as available when I placed my order.
Since then I have received 41 emails. 41 emails. None of them about my order.
When I reached out, I spoke to a number of bots. Unfortunately they are not helpful.
I received a notice this morning that in order to receive my shipment I have to pay another large fee for the shipment to Canada.
Today is November 9th. 26 days after I placed my order it doesn't even matter if I like the clothes. The purchase process was a very hard process and lacked communication and full details regarding extra fees.

The tracking system indicated that the order had been delivered in April. The robotic chat was useless and I have been waiting over 24 hours for "live Chat". I want to cancel my order as the event that I ordered for is next week and I have purchased an alternative product. I am told this is not possible by the robot and can not get hold of a live human being in any shape or form. Shapermint are a disgrace. Do not buy from them. It's been sitting in their warehouse for a week and she kept saying that it would be 1 - 2 weeks unless there is a delay. How am I supposed to know if they are delayed and how much of a delay are we talking? She refused to answer. They keep running in circles when asked about shipping. I won't buy from them again. I can't review the actual item because it's in their warehouse! Horrible company with bad customer service!

I placed on order and was excited to get my new products. About a week later w/o any notification about shipping- I received an email about the color of the leggings I chose was out of stock, so I said I would wait until it was back in stock. I then did not hear nothing for almost another whole week- so I reached out to them asking about the shipment of my order. As you know they only do chat- no in person calls... so after going through the weeds for answers, the rep comes back and saying the bra I ordered is out of stock as well! I was never notified about this! Nor had they finished processing the order of the items that were in stock, with a plan to ship them to me anytime soon! Not OK. No thank you! So I asked for a total refund of my order. They made zero amends and acted relieved because now they did not have to deal with the order they botched up on their end. No making it up to me even though I gave them opportunities to do so. They were basically saying here is a coupon off your next order but you need to spend at least $50. I answered in disbelief why would I ever want to order from them again as my first time was a botch job?!? They should of done the right thing, by keeping their customers happy- but did not. And looking at their competitors- they are over-priced for the quality they provide! BoO. BOo. BoO.

They don't event want to say we can refund! It's just out of stock so have to wait. Don't ever order on the shapermint because quality is not good and I had a bad experience in shopping with this shop so I'm sharing it to everybody not to fall for their false advertisement! When I called back 40 minutes later I was told that it was to late and that the hour was up so I could not cancel, even though I copied and pasted the time that my initial call was placed. When I stated that the amt was in USD I was told that if my credit card was Canadian that the amount show on my receipt would be in those dollars. Well guess what when my bill came through it was in USD not Canadian. I then placed another call to support and there was nothing they could do even though it was the same agent I spoke to before and even copied and paste the initial correspondence. Their supposed shaper briefs do absolutely nothing! And they also state easy returns but the in fine print keep your shipping charges! I ordered a pair on August 27th for an upcoming event. I paid priority shipping so I would have it on time. Today is the 7th of September and still no product. The day of the event has come and gone so I messaged that I wanted a refund and suddenly, they have a tracking number and it's just now getting ready to ship, so no refund and I don't need the damn thing now!
