I ordered shaper shorts but when I received my package it was 2 pairs of leggings. So then I had to contact customer service & wait for them to send the right order. & the order before that was also messed up. I ordered 3 things, only received 1 & had to contact customer service & have them fix it & send the rest.
Bras were delivered quickly. Fit perfectly with no spillover a good lift without feeling tight. The only preference I would ask is for shoulder straps to be thinner so a cami can be worn. I'm really happy with my purchase.
I broke 4 of my ribs last year and was unable to wear a underwire bra. I am a 38 DD so i have to wear a bra. So i looked for a bra that was wireless with support. This bra offers so much support without compressing me too much.
I've bought many things that were similar but my Shapermint is by far the best ever! Its so comfortable and I can wear it all day.

My bras are comfy, the price was good, especially the after purchase deals. I wound up buying 2 extra bras both times. Now I am set for a while.
Super easy transaction and they truly are the most comfortable bras EVER. I forget about having one on and when I get home for the day, I'm not dying to take it off-it is that comfortable!
I ordered a pair of high waisted pants and was not happy with them. I was offered a replacement pair of a different choice and once I received them, they too were wrong. Since then I was offered yet another pair to which I have not even received as of yet.

I expected the bra to be comfortable and supportive. It was very comfortable, but I could have purchased a fruit of the loom bra for the same lack of support. Adjustable straps would have helped. I didn't expect to be given a bra extender to fit my band size. That was a disappointment as well, and I feel the lack of support was affected but that. It reminded me of sport shoe companies that would take men's shoes and "shrink 'em and pink 'em" rather than engineer the shoe to fit a woman's foot. I feel that the same happened here. Instead of actually designating the bra for a larger woman, adding the bra extender did not address the difference I size and shape.
