My original purchase didn't fit quite right, so I called and spoke with a very helpful customer service person. After discussion, she came up with a choice I decided to try. It has arrived and is perfect. Thank you for taking the time to help. I feel I was really listened to! Not easy to do over the phone! In addition, rather than having me return the 1st product, she told me to keep and she sent the replacement with no charge. Amazing!

I'm not sure if it was just the wrong fit for me, but it has already torn in the middle between the legs in the back. I've only worn them 4 times. I don't stretch too much and pull. It doesn't have compression for me I'm the tummy area. I absolutely love these pants and the way they feel, but have a few things I wasn't satisfied with at all.
All I can say is it fits well, it hides the rolls and my clothes aren't as snugged
The first time I wore the waist trainer it was very comfortable. On consecutive days it became somewhat unformatted later in the day. I figured it was because I was wearing it daily and therefore it left indents against my skin. This was uncomfortable. All and all, I am glad of the purchase as feels better than my other items from different brands. Perhaps I am better off without the bone in types.
If I could give them zero stars I would. You can't get through to anyone. The first pair of shorts I got had a hole in the crotch. Second set of shorts that came in the same order were smaller and don't fit. The bra doesn't fit. And I can't get through to anyone and now they tricked me and said I had a membership in their charge of me $4.99 a month when I never signed up.
