I recently ordered some gas struts. Unfortunately i ordered the wrong size. These were replaced for me hassle free and i wasn't forced top pay a restocking fee just had to pay for the collection and delivery of the new struts. Hassle free and very fast service.

I had bought a pair of Hilka 3 tonne axle stands and was keen to find a pair of rubber pads to fit. Because of the particular shape of the support points on my car I wanted pads that were shaped like the saddle of the stands. The dimensions of the pads were requested from SGS and the reply came within hours. Bought the pads and they were delivered next day. Great product, great service. Highly recommended
26° tool chest and roll cab
I ordered it Wednesday and it arrived Friday. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to assemble just a 10mm spanner required. It appears to be of a good quality with ample storage for my tools. I am just using it for home and DIY tools. It is a lot better than the 3 toolboxes I currently have and is a lot easier to find the right tool. It was at a good price point for this type of toolkit and should last years but has the comfort of the 10 year guarantee. All in all I am quite pleased so far.

New bike has to live down the side of a car while in the garage. Old bike had a centre stand the new one has a side stand only. Needed a wheel chock to keep the bike upright in the limited space. In place it works better than I expected and I don't have to move the car in and out to get the bike in and out. This wheel chock has Y shaped feet and sits stable on the floor. It's well made, easy to put together and easy to use. Well pleased.
Excellent service with next day delivery, good quality and value on own branded tools and equipment, with a no hastle replacement if anything is damaged on delivery as had a faulty manifold on a commpressor, I sent in a picture of the fault and spoke to a very helpful member of the service team and the replacement part was with me within two days, brilliant service.

I was very impressed with how SGS handled my enquiries and further pleased with their follow-up email. As a result of their advice and their attentiveness, it was an easy choice to purchase a 50ltr compressor from them. Ordered a new trolley Jack for home use a 3 tonne one and it arrived super fast upon opening I was amazed at the quality of its engineering its it's fantastic would highly recommend unfortunately I can only give 5 stars as that's all this site will allow me to give personally I would give sgs 10 stars for service and quality
My Skoda Superb needed new tailgate struts. Excellent service both in terms of my initial phone enquiry and identifying the exact part I needed and SGS were swift in the fulfilling of my order and delivery next day.
There are seemingly cheaper alternatives but from my experience go straight to SGS. I first used a German company that misleadingly gives the impression they are a British company - USELESS! The struts they supplied were clearly the wrong ones for my car but they inisted they were the correct ones.
In short I wasted my money.
Should've gone to SGS first!
