My new Davis Vantage Pro2 on a Wednesday evening and it was at my door Friday afternoon! Purchasing through Scientific Sales was easy. I love the great selection of weather stations and accessories at the site. Prices are low!

Order placement through Amazon pay kept dropping. Took three attempts to get the order placed. Pretty inconvenient

Took the better part of a month to straighten out.my two orders got confused and incorrect parts sent.Tom finally figured out the problem. Suggest you contact him for more details

It took me about 30 min to make this purchase. I keeps sending me back to re-enter the credit card info.. It is impossible to have a different billing and shipping address, which is stupid.

It was a simple transaction also pretty simple installation. The product is a little bit pricey but if it lasts that would be great. The other products I've purchased just don't last but a couple of years.

If you missed one area to fill out on the order form it erased EVERYTHING that you had previously done. I had to enter my credit card 4 times. ridiculous

I found their website hard to order from. All I wanted to do was place an order as a guest, I don't need an account. This should have been easy but wasn't. After a week with no shipping info, I emailed and was told the order would go out the next day, which it did. The good news is I did receive the shipment.

Made my order and a few days later it arrived in perfect condition! That's service!

Tech support was very helpful in deciding what to purchase

The scientificsales.com website is incompatible with my version of Firefox browser which is 100% up to date. I could not go through the checkout process, getting an infinite "timer widget" which prevented any further progress, and I had to launch MS Internet Explorer (which I deplore) to complete the transaction. Please let your IT developers know about this, thank you! SS may be losing out on business from others who use Firefox. Just saying, me a retired web programmer.

If one already has an account, but has not used it for seven years and cannot for the life of them remember their password, the cookie manager on the site will not let go of the previous information to allow one to place an order. I was forced to wipe my history in Chrome and reboot my computer after removing the item I wanted from my cart in order to finally place my order, not with the CC I originally intended to make the purchase with, but with PayPal (which I don't like to use).

We received the product a week ago. It's up and running and still fine-tuning it.

Website extremely slow in loading and reloading. Check out process was a bit of a problem, but finally got there.

Finding the model I wanted, ordering it, and receiving it was very easy. And setting it up was simple, not to mention my new console being a touch screen is supper nice.

Could not complete order using FireFox on Mac; had to switch to Safari. Kept getting an error message in FireFox and gave up after about three tries.

Only problem was on the check out section. Had to compare forms 4 separate times before entering my payment.

The price was the best I found from
Any Davis Instruments dealer. The online experience was smooth, order processing fast and efficient, and there was timely shipping notification including tracking. Overall my first experience with Scientific Sales has been excellent and they will be given first consideration in future purchases. I highly recommend this company.

Would not accept credit card payment. Checkout gives a message... "pmts.volusion.com says there is a processing error

A really SUPER update to my weather station!
Simple and compact, but able to be seen across a room...it will serve my needs well!:)

The site is a bite difficult to navigate. Not as intuitive as it should. Took three tries and multiple rentries of my address information before the sale finally completed.

I purchased a weather station from Scientific Sales and the price was much better than all competitors. In addition the service was great. I will buy from them for all my needs going forward.

Forced to give an email, then forced to sign in, when unable to recall password, was run around in circles to nowhere. Finally cleared out of everything and came back to site, attempted to log in, and after numerous tries was given a reset. Big pain... even though I have bought from you guys before, in several large ways; this was almost enough to turn me off.

I researched several web sites for the best price on the Davis Pro2 6153 system and the Davis 6510USB Weatherlink computer interface. This site was by far the best price on the internet. Easy ordering and the system was shipped within 24 hours as advertised on their web site. It was received in a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as advertised. Easy payment with Amazon Pay. I would highly recommend Scientific Sales.
