I was very pleased with my order. I don't have my unit up & running yet. (Davis Vantage Vue) I'll be mounting it to a 1 inch J pipe on my roof so that I can service it from a ladder. Can't comment any more at this time.

Purchased a Davis 6250 weather station for a small rural airstrip. All of our users are very happy
With the available information, wind speed and direction, temperature, dew point and barometric pressure.
I think I will be ordering one for myself very soon!

The weather station (D****) is nice, screen is easy on the eyes & information is clear.
Set up was a breeze.

Good product (mind you only had it for 4 days x-mas present), so please, do not discontinue this model!

I selected this product for its value and positive customer reviews. I would have preferred that it have a wall mounting option instead of the desktop only feature. I realize that this unit can still be hung on a wall but the key pad sticks out at an angle which looks odd on the wall and is a bumping into hazard as happened this morning when my wife accidentally knocked it down. It still works ok.

I live on an island with no bridge in South Carolina so monitoring the weather is important. The Davis Vantage Vue was easy to install on a post at my dock. The instructions were well written and easy to follow.

So far easy, fast, and convenient shopping, best price I found too! I can't comment on item, it is a Christmas gift so I have no idea if it works, or how well, but item is what I wanted, shipping was fast and a plain box (thank you!) I would like to review after Christmas, please check back the following week, thanks!

The weather station arrived sooner than expected, delivery was packaged to protect the product, no damage. The unit is larger than I expected but will be fine, I'm in the process of installing the outside components and expect to have it up and running soon. I'm replacing an older unit that I've had for 20 years and hoping this is a much better station.

The interval between blocks seemed slow. I will admit I am computer illiterate so it could be many things.
I am concerned this may be more weather station than I will be able to comprehend.
Opened the box as was almost overwhelmed. Lot's of stuff to put together and hopefully understand how it all works.
The product was recommended to me by a local weather buff.

Have to see how good you are as this is the the first time I order from you.I sent it back and getting a different one. Talk to a Rep. Was very helpful. No problem with the first just going for a upgrade.

This rain gauge is a great product! We bought it to replace our old one that lasted 17 years! Ours is mounted on the fence outside the kitchen window where is it easy to read from inside. We also bought an additional one for my brother as a gift. He saw ours and wanted one of his own.

I have had La Crosse weather station before, but it only had a 330' range at best. Then it never did give accurate rainfall rates. This system set up very simply, and was relaying the info right from startup! It is simply amazing, and the wireless range is fantastic! As you can tell I think it is a great buy for the money!

The Vantage Pro 2 is great! Already notice a difference in temperature compared to my old unit.
I was trying for almost a week to get one through the online auction...since there are so many people who want these, it was next to impossible with my budget. Through Scientific Sales, I got what I wanted in my budget and had it within a few days.

Good website, market competitive prices. If the shipping is expedient, I will be very pleased. Overall an outstanding experience. The only very minor issue was that confirmation of the receipt of order was slow, but far overshadowed by great customer service, good price, and quick shipping.

Great service and great product from both Scientific Sales and Davis! This is my second wireless Pro 2 from Davis, there service and people have been first class, always exceeding expectations! Those of you wanting weather stations should quite buying the cheep stuff and get real!

Great prices but it did not ship until I called and asked for my tracking number four weekdays after I ordered it. Not sure of the cause for the delay. It arrived one week later. It works well. Was a very easy install. Overall five star service and product.

Best price I could find for my product! The website is very easy to use and the response time is very good! The only issue I had with this order concerns the USPS, who left my package on top of my mailbox instead of putting it by my garage door like they normally do.
