It was a simple transaction also pretty simple installation. The product is a little bit pricey but if it lasts that would be great. The other products I've purchased just don't last but a couple of years.

I found their website hard to order from. All I wanted to do was place an order as a guest, I don't need an account. This should have been easy but wasn't. After a week with no shipping info, I emailed and was told the order would go out the next day, which it did. The good news is I did receive the shipment.

I've been trying to make this purchase using Google Chrome and the shopping card would never stop refreshing long enough for me to finish. I finally had to revert to IE.

We haven't had a chance to install the parts yet, so that's why I rated the product satisfaction at a 3.

Received the product within 3 days, it was in good condition. Product was assembled (per the good instructions) and it is fully operational. I am happy with it, and look forward to may years of good service from it.

Ordering was easy and package arrived promptly. I have not assembled the product yet, but so far I am very pleased with my dealings with Scientific Sales.

Purchased the new Davis Weather Console to have a more modern weather display in my family room. Scientific Sales was better price than Davis and had fast delivery including tracking of order.

Finding the model I wanted, ordering it, and receiving it was very easy. And setting it up was simple, not to mention my new console being a touch screen is supper nice.
