Have been buying various tools from SGS over the years now, a huge range of quality items at a very reasonable price, even if they were more expensive than other companies out there I would still buy from them as their customer service is fantastic. Just taken delivery (very quick from point of ordering) of a new Milwaukee combi and impact drill, case included as part of a promotion too! Thanks very much again to all at SGS!

Just received vehicle dollys. Very impressed with the quality and "solidity" of these dollys.
Easy to put together with simple nuts and bolts (supplied).
My car weighs 1500kg and I can now move it with ease in any direction.
I was concerned about the cast iron castors, preferring nylon. However they work well and will withstand higher loads.
Just about to order a second set.

Having been messed about by another supplier who supplied the wrong product, I was delighted to find SGS who supplied the correct gas struts next day for my wife's Ssangyong Rexton. Their fitting video was also very helpful. Recommended.

Have had a number of products from SGS and like all the rest this is a well made solid piece of kit. The price point is VERY competitive especially considering the quality of the hoist. Ordered a tool trolley as a gift for my husband. Ordered at 2pm and arrived the next day as promised at no extra cost. Really sturdy and exactly what he needed. Loved it so much that I ordered another one the following week which also arrived the following day. Will definitely use SGS and their products again.

I bought a 52cc brushcutter trimmer from SGS engineering. Delivery to my UK shipping agent (to Kenya) was quick (one day). Everything was intact as was shown in the eBay platform. First day of work, i did one acre clearing weed at my coffee farm. The machine is powerful. Another thing, if you the proper mixing of gas and oil 40:1 it doesn't smoke at all, at least no visible smoke. Thanks SGS engineering.

Had to buy 2 small gas lift struts to replace 2 at home which had failed. The website was really easy to use and I had a speedy email response and very fast efficient delivery of the struts which were exactly as described.

Bought a 2.5t aluminium racing jack from SGS. Looks like a quality Jack and is pretty easy to carry around. Jack works very well and effortlessly jacked the back end of my Discovery and then worked well to help drop the axle down and pull it out. Highly Recommended.

I recently ordered a replacement battery for my generator, unfortunately the battery seemed to get damaged in transit. I contacted SGS and sent them photographs of the damage and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to me.
The replacement arrived within two working days.
I consider this to be an excellent customer service and highly recommend this company.
