I bought a Halloween inflatable blow up not a good product due to the fan motor to small to support this large blow up only used once and now it's no good so dissatisfied.

Never mind the high-priced items and exorbitant shipping costs, 7th avenue really sucks when it comes to customer service and credit issues. Everyone knows we've been experiencing a pandemic that has impacted a lot of people's ability to pay their bills on time. Despite this fact, I managed to make arrangements with almost every one of my crediters to pay my bills off under a special covid relief program. 7th avenue is literally the only creditor that did not offer such a program. They had one at one point but did away with it several months ago, as if the financial repercussions of covid weren't still happening. Instead of a structured program, they requested I write up a proposal regarding the terms of my future payments and pay off. Huh?! I was to fax this document. Before I could get the document faxed back to them, they reported me to the credit bureaus, causing my score to drop by 36 points overnight. So if you're looking for mediocre crap that costs twice as much as it should and a company that has no compassion for what people are currently experiencing, then 7th avenue is for you! Good luck getting another penny of my money, you grubbing mofos.
I like the fact you can open a charge account and pay a low amount each month good for people on a fixed income
I bought an electric can opener and toaster from Seventh Avenue, almost $90 for the two.
They are the most cheaply made and useless small appliances I have ever seen.
The can opener doesn't work at all, and the toaster is made so the bread falls down past the brackets to hold it and gets stuck
And, it only toasts one side of bread at a time.
These were Ginny's brand which I've never heard of and now I see why.
When I called, they hassled me as I told them I have the return label but no box to return it. I explained I am homebound in a wheelchair and have no way to get a box.
She told me to " just find one". I had to tell her I was reporting this to the BBB before she finally told me to throw it out and she would credit my account. A week or so prior, I had ordered a memorial garden stone for my daughter because her Dad passed Jan. 27,2021, and also some wind chimes for my daughter's birthday in April. I noticed that the order was not being shipped, so I called again.
They told me due to my Credit Bureau report, I would have to pay a down payment which is normally only needed if you exceed you credit limit. I was $100.00 under my limit, pay more than my minimum amount due and never been late since I started with them in Dec. 2020.
After calling for 2 days and no explanation, I cancelled that order and my account
NEVER again. These people are dishonest crooks.
I found a memorial garden stone with the same verse, much prettier and prettier wind chimes at Wayfair for a better price and it's already arrived!.

I orderd two candel holder and rhey both came Damaged all the way around, I was really disappointed because therefore my daughter's wedding
7th ave. Sent me a letter saying that I would receive a "gift"; if l didn't want it to call by Sept 28, a bakers drying rack. Whaaaat? Never heard of 7th ave.! At first, l thought it was spam, so l ignored it. I had about 3 weeks to decide what to do. One day about a week later, a giant, heavy box arrived at my door; label read, "bakers drying rack." I was shocked; it was 2 weeks before the letter fm 7th ave. Said to call before 9/28! I called the number, spoke to a kindly woman who helped me, listened well, took notes, & said she will send me a return shipping label. When I couldn't lift it (to get it in my car) l called 7th ave again to get a pick up request fm FED EX. She wasn't the same woman l had talked to previously; not as helpful. L told her my story; her reply was that when a product is available earlier than originally promised, it will be sent. I told her, emphatically that I NEVER ORDERED IT, I NEVER EVEN HEARD OF 7TH AVE. She then said, well you're a customer with our credit card! I immediately said to take me off 7th ave credit roles, mailing & emailing list. I didn't want to have anything to do with 7th ave again! FED X picked up the box next day. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!
I Received my first order and the product was as listed. I will be returning for more product and have my friend ordering now.

Answer: It's slow... a couple weeks at least. Probably literally takes a slow boat from China. That's where the vast majority of their merchandise is made.

Answer: I chose 7th ave. Because they have great products and they allow you to pay over time, and the customer service is extremely important to me. Also the products are great, and due to the covid-19 i prefer to shop at home, and i been a customer of 7th ave for a long time and will continue to be a customer of theirs because they respect you, and help. You when you have questions about a product more then Walmart. I higly recommend 7th ave.
