You cannot cancel or request refund you only really crappy leads they promise the best leads and deliver crap
I called a real estate lead and she said she never told anyone she wanted to sell her house. Never got one viable lead. Wasted key.

If you are unsatisfied with a lead that you have purchased, you can get a refund via the app. Just login to the app and under the support icon you can select “I’m unsatisfied with a referral” for a full refund. Your better off buying zillow or realtor.com leads. These are not quality leads, most are not even in the market.

Personally, I love the referral radar. I think that the ability to trace multiple sources of leads and bid on the leads on the go it's pretty cool.

We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last June 17,2020. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term.
“You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). “

Most if not all leads dont have incorrect contact info... Same lead with different last names... Highly disappointed in this service
It’s important to us that our members are more than satisfied and we would like the opportunity to resolve this issue immediately.
I see that your Agent Success Consultant already addressed your concern regarding these leads and our management took action on getting these leads removed from our database.
The package you availed still has 42 leads remaining until October of this year. We can appreciate your disappointment that this lead didn't work out for you, but the good news is we have lots more leads you can work through to find your next transaction.

Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
