I signed up with this company last December. I come at the sales industry from a different angle then these money hungry people who just blow through leads. During my calls I am able to speak with the leads, many of which say that they filled out an online property request 6 months ago, and there phone went stop ringing. Those are the leads I am able to speak with. Most people just hang up on you as soon as they find out that you are a real estate agent. I have set up an optimization call with Allen who has stood me up on the call. They take your money then leave you out to dry. No one should do business with this disceiving company.

I used SetSchedule for a couple years becuase their leads were free or very cheap but never got anything worth the time. When they called me to upgrade to their Gold Plan, I was not interested but they promised they would schedule 9 guaranteed face to face appointments. They repeatedly used the work Guarantee. I agreed to pay $1500 for the service because 1 face to face listing appointment could be worth it. However, I recieved a few appointment notices in the first two months that were about the same as their leads. I got a closed door statement that "we never asked for any appointment and are not interested in selling our home" That was the only one that I actually had. At the end of the year when I asked for a refund since I effectively got 0 of the GUARANTEED 9 they put me off and put me off. When I finally demanded a refund, they explained there was no way do it. This is odd because they know how to bill... Anyway, they gave me an email address tor their legal department finally and guess what... They don't respond. All the time they were delaying, I thought I was canceled from auto-renewing but apparently telling them is not enough they need a form filled out. However, they don't mention this or provide the form without serious confrontation. Do not pay for their service thinking it might be something better. Try one of their free or cheap leads and you will know all you need to know. Good news --- I won't be paying them a referral fee on any of their leads.

Right now, I feel like one of the little old ladies that say they fell prey to an online scam artist, but I'm not a little old lady, I'm a seasoned professional who normally has a good sense of business. I can only say that the salesperson who signed me up, had a better and most convincing sales pitch than most others. Last April I took the bait and signed up for "9 exclusive appointments minimum and unlimited VERIFIED leads" Now 11 1/2 months later, I received 1 appointment of which the lead had no idea of who I was and why I was calling, and 1 VERIFIED lead who never returned any of my calls, email, or text. As for "opportunities", 98% of mine were on potential foreclosure properties, or investors who wanted me to find them property before it went on to the MLS. To top this all off, I just had a call with * (the top dog) and he is as sketchy as his staff. Even though my receipt says I paid for 9, he says I paid for "up to 9" and that his company does not create the leads, just passed them on from his providers. He said he has "no control" over what leads come in and how they are passed out. I'm at a loss as to how you sell 9 leads that you have no control over! Oh, did I forget to mention that his salesperson said these are "good quality" leads and that they are NOT foreclosures? Wrong, Wrong, Wrong! And, if you "pass" on one, it just comes back to you with a different $ amount to it, but the same not for sale house. Anyone want to start a Class Action Suite, I'm right there with you. This company is nothing by a sales scam no better than those calls you get trying to fix your Microsoft computer problems!

Set Schedule

I paid close to $1500 in the fall of 2019 for supposedly good leads. This was a complete waste of both my time and money. I did the onboarding, downloaded the app and called the leads. As of March 2020, I haven't received one good lead. The ones I do call say they haven't requested any information, don't know what I am talking about, etc. This company has a good sales pitch but realtors beware. Save your time and money when they call.
While they replied they have sent me over a hundred leads the actual is shown in the photo. All of which were bogus.

Their Setschedule considerations and friendly suggestions are awesome. Good team and good support but some time they didn't respond. Had to replace several leads but so far have hopes for closing soon. I can't but thank to them also recommend them and gave them average rating.

They promise the moon. Verified leads... real appointments. Interested potential clients... but what you get are bad names with no interest at all. Do not waste your money nor your time

Totally DISHONEST COMPANY! The business proposal is great and I would be a good long-term client for them if they would do what they promise, or at least would fix the issue afterwards. I have bought a GOLD PACKAGE for $1450 + 30% referral fee, with the promise of getting 8 lead appointments in 6 months. They sent me only one lead appointment in my area. When I called the prospect to confirm the time to meet, the person answered speaking in Chinese and hang up on my face. When the 6 months were up, I asked them for a refund and they kept escalating my call. I tried the sales rep: *@setschedule.com), but never got a reply. Next, I call the company directly, spoke with * 0209 and, after some back and forth, she escalated my call to one of the Directors:* 7567 / *******011 / +1 *******630. She promised to get back to me, but never did. Then I followed up with * but never got * to return my call. After almost 1 year fighting for my refund, I finally got an appointment to speak with another director: *@setschedule.com. He was very rude and short, simply saying that the program does not offer any refund and they could not do anything about it. It was more like a monologue. When was my time to speak he just ignore and said he had to go. Today, after few months, another sales rep called me again: *. Now they drop to 20% (I do not think they are doing well), and are trying to improve their systems. I told her that I would try it again, if they would stand by their promises and at least fix things by using my old credit. She said she had other cases like this in the past and the managers will not even listen to her request. I guess I am just one more agent ripped off. She said she understand my frustration and asked if I would join it again. I could not believe it! It bothers me to take the time to write about this, but I hope that this review can save other agents from falling into their trap too. Here we are, almost 2 years after, $1450 lost, time lost, and stress/disappointment to see companies with these type of values out there and alive. They should not be in business.

Credit Card Desired

So I get this call that comes up as "Unknown Caller" but from a local number, and turns out to be a burner number from some lady that barely speaks English to set the appointment and then find out she is just a paid caller from a temp agency in the Philippines. It was kind of funny because she sounded sweet and clearly reading everything off a card, so to be merciful, when I said I'd talk to the sales guy she got all excited and you could literally hear cheering in the background with all of her co-workers. They must get some sort of commission based on successful calls and clearly don't get a lot of people that say they will talk further.

When the sales guy came on I immediately let him know that I only work on a referral fee basis and he said that is not a problem, that they have several platforms we can use to make that happen. An appointment was set for 2:30 PM Easter Time (I'm in Michigan) today, and that time came and went. Today at 5:31 PM my phone rings and it is them, asking if I am still good for the appointment, and I said "yes, although 2:30 PM was 3 hours ago". He laughed and apologized for the mix up but I just thought it was funny that the name of the company is "SetSchedule" and they can't get that right. Anyway, while he was talking I was reading the reviews on this site and realized this was going nowhere, so after a while it was clear he wanted my credit card info and this was not at all a "referral fee basis" as he originally agreed it would be, and when he figured out that I was not budging on that he promptly hung up on me.

Thank you to all of you that post this stuff so we can be forewarned of the good and bad companies out there. This may be a good company, I don't know for sure, but getting hung up on as one of the top agents in West Michigan by some guy is not exactly professional.

Waste of money

Leads are very old and most leads have already spoken to several other agents through set schedule. I should have read all the negative reviews before signing up for a year which they say is non refundable once you sign up. Very unhappy with SetSchedule!

Do not let them get your email or contact information! I receive SO MANY emails from * from this company. Over and over and over again I get this email: "Do you have a few minutes to chat? I'm searching for a few quality agents to take on our referral clients at a 20% referral fee and think you may be a good fit." I've unsubscribed dozens of times. I've emailed her back personally many times, saying, PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME. And the emails keep coming! I'm ready to take legal action or in some way bring it to the FTC. That's how bad it is. I would never do business with these people.

Their CEO * has been found guilty of fraud by the federal government. Just google it. This company provides no service, is dishonest, fake leads, deceptive practices and have no intention of actually helping you when you complain. They hide behind prefabricated scripts and will continue to make fake promises about they have every intention to make it work. They will only continue to mention the year long membership. They will continue displaying you account as being on an automatic payment system even when you demand that they stop it. They will send you nothing in writing. All SetSchedule does is have you download some app that just shows records that you can obtain from your title company along with a few fake leads that have not been vetted by anyone. When you reach referral prospects they always complain about how they keep getting phone calls. I had a couple leads on the first day and nothing since. The only thing they offered was to send me recycled leads. This is a scam!

Maybe homes.com leads haven’t worked out where realtor.com leads have been consistently stronger for you, or maybe you prefer condos or you specialize in senior communities. These are a few examples of things used to recommend leads that are the best fit. Also, the ONLY leads that have verified information are the leads marked with a VERIFIED stamp so be on the lookout for those, they tend to go fast, and are first come first served. As you have likely heard from your dedicated Consultant this membership is a marathon, not a sprint. In general, a handful of leads will be unlikely to get you to the goals you have set for yourself, so keep checking the app for leads. It’s all about the numbers. New leads will come in, but how many and how often depend on the area. Not Bad

I would recommend the service just for the fact that I'm able to take over 20 leads a day. The conversion rate currently stands in about 5% and I am absolutely convinced that I'll be able to put seven transactions on the contract. Love it

I have bought quite a few leads. No more. They are junk. Most come from homes.com and realty tracks which are all JUNK.

Rip-Off leads

I partnered with Setschedule on 02/18/2019 for the southwest Florida area. They are listed under member services as a lead supplier on the Royal Palm Coast Realtor's Association website. This is where I found them so I thought they would be worth something. I was wrong and had that not been listed there I would never considered using them. I have had 1 actual lead in almost a year. They actually scheduled me an appointment with a disconnected phone to an empty lot but showed it as a 3332sq ft, 3bd, 2bth home. I have complained numerous times and tried to get a refund to no avail. I am lobbying the county board to remove them so no one else gets burnt. Save your money or spend it on yourself as you will be throwing it away dealing with this company.
Maybe a Class-Action lawsuit will get their attention. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office in Florida.

Promises, promises

Was quite exited to sign up with them for 6 listing appointments. Paid, and got 6 listing leads over the next 3 months. Two were out of state. One lead yelled at me and told me I was the 6th to contact her in the last 24hrs. Two were no-shows, and I was never able to get in touch with them. Went to their houses and everything. Only 1 of the 6 was an actual person I met with. He wasn't thinking of selling any time soon. They promise to replace your "bad" leads. That just isn't true. You have to sign quite a contract with them to promise to pay THEM, but they won't deliver, and you aren't going to take them to court. Good luck folks! Expensive lesson.

SetSchedule a scam?

I signed up on 12/18/2019, paid $2,046, and went through their onboarding conference on 12/23/2019. I got several "hot" leads per day, where buyers or sellers wanted to speak to a real estate agent. They were all bogus. The people that I contacted had no idea why I was calling and had no interest in buying or selling real estate. I was threatened by some of these "hot leads" with filing complaints with my broker, the BBB, and for violating the Do Not Call list. I filed a dispute with my credit card company today, 12/31/2019. Also, Setschedule has an automatic renewal clause in their contract. You will be stuck for another year if you do not notify them 30 days in advance! Be sure to file a complaint with the CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs.
FYI: SetSchedule will then respond to negative reviews like the dumb one below:-)
