Avoid at all cost. On more than one occasion we have tried to book a service with this company and its not happened. They falsely claim they will collect the car and drop it off, NO THEY DONT.on three occasions we have been told they are unable to collect the car and told us to take it ourselves with no money deducted to do so! They are initially charging you for that service ONE BIG CON take these people to court they should not get away with false advertisement
Car was meant to be collected between 8-10am today. Took the day off work only for no one to turn up or call. Got sent a txt with a number to contact, so tried calling but the number said we tried to call you then the line went dead. No one had called me. I then found out from confirmation on booking email to where my car was going to be serviced and MOT'D. I then googled garage and called only to find out the number not recognized. I then looked on google for building only to find out it looked like a building that was not in use. As you can imagine I was very worried by now as I had paid upfront £162 for a service and MOT that had not been done. I then opened a live chat but it kept on asking questions and then me having to rewrite my problem, which was very frustrating and I gave up after an hour of doing this. I then went onto Service Stop and typed in that I was going to book a service as beforehand they called me straight away so I thought I would try this way to see if it would work and yes it did. I explained my problem and the guy on the phone even went on to google and looked at the garage my car was meant to be going to. He even said it didn't look right and this is a member of their staff. I said I wanted a full refund as I hadn't cancelled booking it was a no show but he said he would pass message on. I contacted my bank and explained what had happened and opened a dispute with the company for the amount i paid. Thanks to HSBC my dispute payment is in my bank today which they told me could take up to 30 days.
PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.
I feel as if I have dodged a bullet from looking at other reviews where they have collected car and made out the car needs work and held car to ransom until customer has paid.

My car was booked in for an urgent MOT but the appointment was cancelled and rebooked for 10 days later. This was NOT acceptable as the original appointment chosen was from a list they provided. The delay would leave my car without an MOT and therefore not taxable.
They are also very quick to take your money up front, but won't give it back as quickly (they say I will get it in 5-10 working days, but we'll see!)

Service stop is a scam took my car wouldn't return till gave £700. For a service which was meant to be £160 do not use try saying car needs special oil.
Free collection of car still even that a lie charged me £20 vat just on collection
Call after call after call, they were finding new small things to repair in the car in order to pass the MOT. My car never had a problem to pass the MOT before, and suddenly I had to spend more than £600 in small repairs. They play with the fact that you are trapped and need to pass the MOT and have your car back, to get more and more money from you for small repairs that you could do yourself. Never again. An absolute rip off. The business model is to pay garages trade prices and then charge you retail + whatever commission they fancy it seems. My MOT failed and I checked multiple places online for a quote for the part, came put approx £60 average (yes labour would be on top) got it quoted at a few garages, £160 average, which given it is a long job is fair. Servicing stop quoted approx £350. Total joke. Then the list of recommended jobs (pollen filter, brake fluid flush, etc.) All of which were not actually needed, another £600+. The MOT failure was not a dangerous fault so I could still drive on existing MOT which had a week left. They told me I couldn't drive it, and put on pressure to pay their prices, I assured them I knew I was getting ripped off and didn't want the work doing, and wanted my car returning. They told me it would be returned soon a 4.56pm, they close at 6pm so despite calling and emailing to find out where my car was at 8pm onwards, didn't hear anything back, and on writing this review 3 days later, I still haven't. My car wasn't returned until the next day, which was obviously concerning and inconvenient given they say it is returned by 6pm on the same day. The driver returning it told me servicing stop had told them they'd let me know it would be the next day, as servicing stop had to sign off it being returned with the failed MOT. Felt as though I was being punished for not giving into their pressure and lining their pockets. Poor customer service, extortionate prices, avoid avoid avoid!
Stay clear! The service is no where near as described. Pick up 8-10 am is not true, I had to contact them on live chat at gone 10am then got call at 10:30 from garage saying they will pick car up at 12 but didn't turn up til 1. Also didn't return car til 6:30pm so all I'm all late. Also I had a red service light come up on dash after service so absolute rubbish. Never again!
Took day off work for service. They contacted me at time of car pick up to say my service was cancelled with no explanation or alternatives.
The worst service I ever received. A complete day late collecting the car as the customer ahead of me had refused to return the replacement car.due to him being scammed. When the garage did come and collect they were advising me not to go with this company as it had brought shame to the company with there problems. The full service is nothing but a oil change. Then they phone you up and tell you you need a list of things doing that you don't including telling you need to pay extra to have filters and brake fluid and extra priced oil.which I presumed was part of the service. Which cost me nearly 200pounds.please be warned it is a scam and all the parts you could get and fit for a quarter of the price on ebay
I booked a service and mot with these guys and after bombarding me with emails about saving money by prepaying they offered to provide these service at some farm 75 miles away! So I checked the details, yup no garage there and certainly no registered MOT test centre (locations of all of which are publicly available). I did question this and they replied that the garage is "behind the farm", sorry I must have missed it within that green field I'm looking at!
Anyway the point is nobody would even come 75miles to pick up my car, then drive it all that way back taking maybe 2 hours and then do the reverse process at the end of the day for a £100! From all the other reviews I've read I seriously doubt that they bother to do any mot testing or car servicing at all.
At best it's all just a scam to get people to pay up front for a service that they won't get (and then lose £25 for asking to cancel). At worst, well who knows what they actually do with your car when they take it away. These people need serious investigation because I'm worried there is a nasty scam going on here.
Absolute disgrace. A full service is to look at your car and then tell you what's wrong. They didn't even do the basics. Took the car 50 miles away. STAY CLEAR DO NOT USE THEM.
They wanted to try and charge over £3000 for work that only cost £1200 at my local garage that is rediculas.
They are a third party who garages work with it get more customers, so the garage has to make no it's profit then servicing stop added £1800 on top of that!
That's outrageous and unjustifiable.
I have no problem with the garage they used, but Servicing stop price gouge on their end.
They give the garages they work with a bad name because of their excessive pricing strategy.
Real East End ( think Phil Mitchell) type operation. Hopeless customer service, dodgy personnel and just outright trying to con and scam customers. Leave you feeling sullied LLP afterwards.
Shocking experience with Servicing Stop. Avoid at all cost! When booking my Mazda in for a Full Service I made clear, in writing, that Specialist Oil was required. On receiving the car back I asked the garage if this had been done and they said no. On checking the oil level, they had overfilled it, well beyond the maximum mark, so I had to take it back to the garage for them to empty out some of the oil.
I tried many times to phone Servicing Stop all I got was an answerphone – it is completely impossible to speak with anyone, and although I sent at least four emails requesting them to phone me, this was ignored. No apology was given by the garage, or by Servicing Stop. It left me feeling if such a basic matter such as the oil was carelessly done, what else had they not bothered about. I would never use them again and if you look at the volume of negative reviews you would be wise not to as well.
Scam artists. Do not use. MOT and service £170. Called me up said I needed special oil at £25 then listed other items that were needed for a service, told him where to go. Called me to say the van had failed its MOT and it needed £249 worth of work doing. The vans come back no MOT certificate left, no service stamp and no receipt for work.
On the DVLA website still showing vans got no MOT so o called them up, spoke to a Dan who said it's showing as passed as he has the page open! Just looked again and showing no MOT, blatant lies! Never use this company!
What a joke just paid over £780.85 for service and mot, Front break pads replacing which did not need doing and a light bulb changing. I had already paid £103 up front for a deal 40% off Mot and Service and 25% if I paid up front. Giving a grand total of £ £883.85.
I had the work done because I thought he said it would be an extra 60 something pounds.
When I tried to pay, it was an extra £780.85.They put £20 vat on every item regardless of cost. Please be careful. Its all about money, not what actually needs done on your car.
They had sent me a text message. I texted back to ask them to call me as it was too much money.
I then emailed, no reply. I then went onto there messaging service. They said could not get hold of garage and an advisor would call me shortly. No-one called.
Frantic with worry I finally paid, because I needed my car back.
Have wrote a formal complaint on email.

Took 4 times to finally pick the car up over a period of 3.5 weeks. Messaged each time the evening before telling me it was going to be picked up, 4 mornings off work and had to hire a car because it was taking to long. Rude staff on the phone on 2 different occasions. And extremely poor communication all round. When ring me about the mot results he literally said it done but I don't know the results. Nir recommended! Stay away!
Terrible experience hopefully they will get closed down when consumer rights are acnolaged in this Country ( seams Third world Company's can steal your money and You have no recourse even whent the resolver route No feedback from Servicing stop)
Use ANYONE but these guys for your servicing needs. They seem cheap, but hit you with all the extras in the small print.
They say no work will be done until approved, but that isnt the case. They apparently had to use special oil fro my pickup, and only informed me when it was time to pay. They then threatened to not release the vehicle from the garage unless I paid. Instead of the £108 quoted with all my vehicle details. It end up being an additional £55. On top of that Eugene was extremely rude and unhelpful, and I suspect deliberately had my vehicle delivered late. I waited outside work until just before 7pm before taking on my hour journey home.
I received no garage paperwork or check sheets for the service, only a computer generated invoice from the head office. I have no faith that I even have new oil in the car.

Didn't turn up twice. The phone number they issue is dead and rings out. No other phone numbers. The chat is manned by one person and takes 2 hours. Emails are not replied to. Simply take your money and run. Dodgy as anything. STAY WELL CLEAR!
Answer: Based on my experience it is a scam- avoid them. Pay a bit more and go direct to a reputable garage.
Answer: No need to feel stupid... I had to cough up £1544. 99 for an mot and a 40thousand mile service before They would return my car. I don't think I'll get any refund but have taken great pleasure in reporting them to Trading Standards, my credit card company, my bank, my neighbours, my relations and others and anyone who wants to listen. If I can think of anybody else that will stop them doing this to others I'll gladly report to them as well.
