How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Servicing Stop?

You can't. Literally. Automated online chat.
You can email them but you'll get auto emails there too

I was made to acquire 42mins in telephone bill to a premium number by putting me on hold only to tell me that they are not taking MOT only bookings which could have been avoided if that info was made available on their website.

You need lots of patience. 45 minutes on hold before finally getting through.

Impossible by phone. Sat waiting 45 minutes, with no response, at least 3 occasions. Email gets a response eventually but it is a template reply, with no useful assistance and a clear lack of empathy

1 phone number took 1hr 12minutes and 39 seconds to be answered. Pathetic customer service. Awful company.

It takes at least 30 minutes on the phone before someone answers.

Very difficult almost impossible to get through via phones, they don't respond to emails, use automated messages.

They draw in and are quick to take payment for a new customer. But its down to luck if you hear from them again.

I have a complaint with them for 1month now and till date no one has called, or responded to my emails.
