I ordered flowers 3 Days before I needed them delivered. I get a call from them on the day they were soposed to be there saying they canceled my order because they say the address was out of there delivery area. I said I would give them another address in town to deliver to. There reply was no we dont deliver to that town at all. Now they had three days to let me know this giving me time to make other arrangements but did not until it was to late to fix. But they sure debited my account a mediately. It is so sad to depend on a company that say they deliver any where and they cancel you at the last minute. Wish I had read there bad reviews before I trusted them. They advertise on Face Book as well. I will let Face Book know this is not a reputable company. BAD

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Gran's 80th birthday. I can not fault the correspondence from Serenataflowers. However, I had a call from my Gran to tell me the vase we had ordered was broken. I sent an email straight away and within an hour the problem was resolved. As for the flowers, they were beautiful. I will use again.

I ordered a large flower bouquet (£29.99) and expected to receive a large flower bouquet. Unfortunately it seemed to be missing half the flowers and the ones we received were not in great condition (apart from the lily's which were the only flowers still closed) - not to mention the card had become damp so I had to rush out and purchase a new one before I delivered them to the recipient!
The delivery driver was also quite rude, which I don't blame the company for as this is out of their hands - but I thought it was worth a mention as it looked like the box had been stood on/thrown around before being delivered.
