Delivery efficiency from point of order superb however the quality of the flowers were not as bright and vibrant I would expect. A shame for me as a sender and the recipient.

I ordered a bouquet late afternoon and they were delivered the next day. The delivery updates were brilliant and my lovely Aunt rang me straight away to say how beautiful the flowers were, she was delighted. Fab service i would highly recommend.

Have used this site several times, have no personal idea what the flowers/chocolate hampers were like but the recipients all loved them. All delivered on time and emails received to update me at each stage. Brilliant service!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my daughter when she was unwell. They were delivered the following day, as promised, and she was thrilled with them. My only gripe was having to pay an additional £2.99 to add a card so she would know who they were from!

From the start to the delivery of the flowers which were beautiful the service was nothing less than a professional service. I would certainly use the service again and again.

Ive used most online flower delivery services and found Serenata to be the best, low price, free delivery, great service and really beautiful flowers, what more could you ask?!

Purchased for no reason than to cheer up my daughter with her favourite flower. Great service from start to finish and delivery notification allowed her to pop back to work to collect even though she just missed their arrival. Will definitely use this company again.

The flowers arrived in beautiful condition my cousin was delighted with them. It was nice to be able to add additional flowers if required. I liked the variety of different arrangements shown to choose from on the website as they were being ordered from one end of the country to send to the other. A relief to know Serenata did a wonderful job.

Lovely options, reasonable price... delivered fine and I only ordered the day before. I didn't opt for a card as that was extra so consequently my Mum didn't know who they were from but that actually gave it all an element of surprise!

Used SerenataFlowers for the first time this week, and was really impressed by their variety, prices & excellent service. My mother loved her potted rose plant. Definitely recommend them.
