Such an excellent company! And the customer service is the top of the top, they are truly quick and such nice beautiful people working there! Its my first time ordering flowers for anyone so I was quite nervous but this was such a good experience they really made me want to buy flowers for loved ones more often! I tried ordering some flowers from local florists quite late in the day and none could deliver next day other than Serenata. The flowers my friend was sent are beautiful. I was also sent a notification once they had been delivered which is great. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, very unusual and delivered in perfect time and perfect condition. Loved the way each stem had a vial of water to keep them alive. These will definitely be my new florist of choice, thank you.
We had notification at 9.40am that the flowers were on the van. We had no text to say they had been delivered. Before we went out in the evening we called our friend to see if she liked her present. The flowers hadn't arrived by then. Very embarrassingood and disappointing.

Heard nothing and chased on Saturday evening and had no response.
Received email on Sunday saying their partner couldnt deliver and although website says 7 days they couldnt deliver Sunday either. This was a copy of a message which was supposed to have been sent on Saturday but I never received.
Offered me either upgrade on flowers or cancel.
I had chosen already an upgrade when I ordered so cancelled.
Poor communication until point I complained. Not possible to speak to anyone on the phone.
May have been unlucky as reviews seemed good when I checked but wouldnt use again based on this experience.
Guess they rely on local florist who may not treat as priority. In future I will simply call the local florist as they will speak on the phone.

The delivery man left the gate wide open, 2 of the flower heads were broken and 2 of the roses had brown petals on the plus side ordering was easy and delivery updates were regular
Nice website and competitive pricing but I ordered the day before the flowers were due (birthday) and got a text to say they had left the shop around 9am. However, they weren't delivered until after 8pm at night (after my mum had gone out for birthday dinner). 12 hours after leaving the shop?!
Flower arrived well boxed, but upon opening the flower was droopy, and the next day had completely wilted. Have sent an email to the company with photographs but as yet have not had a reply. Won't be ordering from them again

I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered through the same day service. When I checked the following day, I had no confirmation that they'd been delivered so I tracked the flowers. The message I got was that they were going out that day, instead of the previous day. I was annoyed because I'd paid extra for same day delivery so I emailed the company, and was told that they'd emailed me and told me they couldn't find a florist to send them out, so they'd cancelled the order. I had no email saying this, no-one tried to call, so I had no knowledge the order had been cancelled. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ist time I've used Serenata. My sister has returned home after 3wks in hospital following a long operation and subsequent. Instructions were given regarding entry phone system - but ignored and flowers were left in car park in the wind and rain and in full view of main road. This is a retirement complex where my sister is arguably one of the youngest at 80 and obviously had restricted mobility. It was only because another resident came home that the flowers were discovered. Not impressed with reply to my complaint. Serenata referred to t and c's and said that delivery instructions are at the discretion of couriers and cannot not necessarily be adhered to. Won't be using them again.
Flowers were ordered 10pm and delivered by 9.30 the next day, absolutely stunning and lasting really well.

Was meant to get delivered on same day but just delivered them when they wanted to then when they did come the courier decided to put them in the bin outside where all rubbish goes as the person receiving them was not in very poor service given the money paid
Very upset with the flowers. Thet were all dry flowers. Had bad feedback from guests. I am very sad.

I thought I may have left ordering flowers too late for a friend in Guildford (I am in New Zealand). Well, ordering was very easy, website has a good selection of tasteful choices (with a choice of bouquet sizes) and is well laid out. I was kept informed from start to finish. I believe that flowers are beautiful too! I will definitely use Serenata Flowers again and would highly recommend them.
