I ordered orchids to be sent to my sister. She was very pleased with them, so they must have been really nice. When I was ordering them, the website showed what date they could be delivered for. The flowers arrived on that date. The company also emailed me to say when they had left the depot and when they had been delivered, it all happened as per their original statement, which was very good.
I and my sister are very satisfied.
However I do see that a number of people report they had a different experience and I do sympathise with people who feel let down, as flowers are a special gift and it is a shame if they don't arrive as needed.
The service was very fast and delivered the next day which was brilliant, but I feel it wasn't great value half the flowers looked like they were on their way out and it was a tiny balloon
This is a public service announcement to anyone thinking of ordering flowers from this company, dont do it. I didnt look into them enough and as a result got ripped off. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mothers work for her birthday. They were only delivered a few minutes before 5pm after my mother had already left work on a Friday. As a result no one accepted the flowers. I asked Serenata flowers to try re-deliver the flowers and gave them my mothers home address. I was then told that I would need to pay 50% of the flower costs to have them re-delivered. What a rip off. What company delivers flowers at 5pm in the afternoon and then refuses to re-deliver them unless you pay 50% for the cost of flowers. I have lieterally bought hounds of things online and never had this experience. Serenata flowers are a shady company and I would avoid them if I were you. Just so you know they also dont have a customer contact center that you can call to resolve problems like this either.
Terrible service, I ordered flowers to arrive on the same day. I complained that they didn't and two days after I ordered them I have still not had a response.
The flowers were beautiful but I was horrified to find that the delivery people didn't ring the doorbell just left them on the step. Not very professional.

The flowers themselves were beautiful. The card that I paid £2.99 for was actually a piece of A4 paper folded in half, so that was a little disappointing.
Flowers arrived on the selected date - the only good thing about this order! Flowers arrived wilted, browning, and with petals already falling off on day 1! I paid extra for the deluxe version, £30, and not at all impressed! Around 6 stems when I paid for 15. Unbelievable! Do not use!
My flowers were delivered exactly at my requested time, with instructions and greeting car filled as specified. I didn't see the actual flowers, but my mother was delighted with them. In addition, SerentaFlowers undercut Interflora by about 20%! Recommended!
I have ordered twice now. Quick service great at keeping you up to date on where your delivery is. I would recommend this site the choice of flowers is fantastic and you have different prices to choose from to suit everyones budget.
I clicked on the option for the flowers to be left with a neighbour if my mother in law was not home but they were left on the front doorstep which is never used. I had to phone my mother in law and ask if they had arrived which ruined the surprise. They would not have been noticed at all if I hadn't called her. I didn't see the flowers but she said they were very nice. I would have preferred an option to be more specific with delivery instructions.

The flowers arrived exactly when they should have done and were lovely when they arrived... two days later they started to die. How can flowers that should last at least 5 days start to completely die after 48 hours.
Never heard of this company before, but very impressed with the service & quality of the gift & flowers... no charge for delivery either... a florist nearby, was charging £6! Will definitely use again... thank you for making a special event even better
Premium Prices for moronic service. Ordered my flowers in plenty of time making clear that delivery was to a "business address" reminded them twice on the day of the need to assure delivery. Delivery was made out of hours by throwing the flowers over the wall of the property at 6:40 pm... Therefore left out in the rain overnight caretaker found them the next day disheveled rained upon and also frozen after the temperature fell... No refund... Customer services on the day was rubbish expecting me to chase the carrier. Eventually provided confirmation of safe delivery but no response from the property... complete crap. Next day was able to assemble the true story... My daughters birthday ruined. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY you're throwing your money away.
I wanted the flowers to be delivered to a hospital ward and Serenata quickly informed me that the ward would not accept them so at 8.30 in the evening I changed the delivery address and they were delivered to the amended address the following morning - impressed!
I never found the website easy, I ordered flowers to be delivered at a family member funeral for 11.15. They arrived 2 hours late. I was told it was my fault not using the correct delivery? They were told the time of the funeral, if I had made a mistake I think it should of been pick up and notified. This was very important delivery.
Excellent. Arrived on time, well-packaged, and with everything requested. Blooms were very good - no dead or dying heads and no unopened buds. Thought the deluxe size would have been slightly bigger than it was, given there were two sizes below it.
