My Fiancée loved the flowers. I thought the delivery emails really quite charming and witty. It was a bit of a shame that the flowers came in a cardboard box and didn't have the presentation bag around them. This was inside the box though. Over-all a really good experience and will likely order again.

The flowers came in a box and just didnt look at all aesthetically pleasing, my girlfriend said they were lovely but I really failed to see the attraction, just looked cheap and thrown together. Will not be buying from here again. It was Valentines Day so maybe they were just rushed. Still the service that was provided was very poor.
Flowers were great but card was shocking and had printer lines all over it, needless to say I was in the doghouse and Valentines was ruined and all they did was refund the £2.99 that was paid the card. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST!

If Valentines Day flowers are ordered and theres a problem, somebody should let you know on the day. They simply didnt turn up - but initially the firm insisted they had been delivered - and then only after being chased - before agreeing they hadnt. Lets see if the refund turns up! They cant confirm a date. No surprise there. Shocking. Avoid.

Ordered Flowers for Valentine day delivery - they arrived in the afternoon of the following day - how romantic is that?
Still awaiting one of my orders to be delivered, received delivery confirmation emails but the recipient never received them. Not only that as it was Valentine's day when it was initially meant to be delivered there were several deliveries (none of which was mine) but the packaging was awful and would make it impossible to identify if the delivery was ever mine. Then to further annoyance the feedback functionality is atrocious, every response had to go through a form filling process and there is no person to actually talk to, digitally or otherwise.

I was slightly disappointed with the bouquet received. I ordered a small bouquet for my young daughter for Valentine's as a treat. When they arrived they only had 1 of the pictured flowers in the bouquet. There were no roses or thistle that had been pictured. Luckily my daughter was happy as she had received flowers. But I won't be using them again I will revert to my previous firm
Delivered within the hour they stated on email, Flowers were in healthy condition, they arrived more or less in the same condition as the image on the website. The wife was very happy :). . Overall no complaints, good service, good product.!
Very poor quality - flowers arrived browning and looked like dying off. Complained to customer service and very poor response - said to expect a rugged look and that I should just remove the outer dead brown petals! Very poor, will never use again
I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered 3 dozen roses, all together was the size of a cheap bunch from a supermarket. I had to go out on Valentines Day and buy more flowers to bulk up this bunch of daisies! Paid over the odds for a load of s***!
