Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's workplace for Valentines, as apparently I am not very romantic, so thought it would be a nice surprise.
Please note my wife works in a permanently manned training centre, with a reception area and entering the post code on a Sat Nav takes you to the front door.
1. Payment for flowers taken from bank account twice
2. Ordered on the 11th for delivery on the 14th - Failed delivery
3. E mail message stating delivery could not be made due to no one present!
4. Courier service investigated and admitted they attempted to deliver to incorrect place
5. Multiple messages later offered a whole £6.74 refund - enough to pay for the cotton wool to drown out the earache I was getting from the other half.
6. Flowers to be redelivered the next day - not the guaranteed day as advertised
7. Delivery 1 day later than ordered - Failed
8. E Mail to say that delivery attempted and they could not gain access - Its a bloody big building with a glass frontage and double doors. If a bunch of students can get access surely someone with a delivery of flowers can get in. Hell I can even get in if I fancy a cup of tea and a cake when I am passing.
9. Lots more messaging, Me demanding refund, them wanting to redeliver 48 hours late. By now flowers have been shuttled around the countryside for nearly 3 days.
10. Refund offered. WOO HOO! - will take up to 5 days to be refunded - Serenata flowers took the money from my account immediately, TWICE!
11. Flowers delivered today(16th Feb) 48 hours late, in poor condition (what do you expect) - Delivery refused.

Although I understand the 14th Feb was a busy day, the flowers arrived late, my wife finishes work at 5pm and the flowers were delivered at 5:15pm, therefore she did not receive them until the next day, I have given a 3 star only because the flowers were nice, but not impressed with the delivery service.
I bought an expensive bouquet of roses for my wife, however within 24 hours they started to wilt. I made sure they were in water, out of direct sunlight and in a cool place but they just didnt last long. Very disappointing.
Flower stems did not reach the water. Packaging was tacky. Flowers arrived dry and wiltered. This was for valentines day so was very dissapointed. I wont be ordering again ill stick with interflora

Happy with the dozen roses purchaser for my wife on valentines day. The prices are expensive compared to if I went to my local florist, but as I wanted items delivered to her work I did feel that this was the best value out of all the online flower shops. The product came as described so overall I am happy with Serenata.
Ordered some flowers on the 13th to be delivered on the 14th. They were delivered on the day, around 2pm which is perfectly reasonable. My partner thanked me but never mentioned how they looked, I got home that night to find a state. The red and pink roses that I ordered were a mixture of red/dark red and pink/green. They looked absolutely ridiculous, dead as a dodo. Will DEFINITELY not be ordering from here again.
£25 for it to look like my 2 year old daughter had picked them 3 weeks ago then threw them in a box waiting for delivery day.

I'd not heard of Serenata Flowers at the point of making my online purchase for Valentine's Day. I thought I'd take a chance and I'm honestly glad I did.
I ordered a bouquet of roses, I found the website easy to use and received an immediate order confirmation via e-mail which I prefer. I was then sent an e-mail when the bouquet was delivered to the person I'd ordered them for.
It was a stunning bouquet of fresh flowers that were amazing for the price. I will be ordering again.
Title says it all. Next time will order directly from a florist. Didnt realize that I wasnt. Appearance was worse that what youd expect when buying last minute flowers at a pharmacy chain.
