I ordered flowers for my grandmas funeral because I live in Australia. Flowers were meant to be delivered the day before funeral so they could lay on her coffin. That night I got an email saying the flowers couldnt be delivered because they got there at 9pm and funeral service was obviously closed. So I asked them to please deliver them the next day to the crematorium instead since it was the day of the funeral. They sent an email saying that they would do that but then that afternoon I got an email saying that they had delivered them to the coop funeral service instead. The flowers never arrived for my grandmas funeral or at the crematorium. I was told that they wouldnt give me a refund. I have no idea who received these flowers but they never arrived for my grandma. Extremely unsatisfactory for this company.
As I was away for Valentines, thought I would order online (for a change) as a surprise for my wife. The flowers arrived on time, however looked nothing like the picture on the web site, 11 short roses and 3 random other flowers (in bud) added to the mix. I complained via there website and was sent an answer that referred to 'outer guard petals'. I responded with a 'if you can't be bothered to take me seriously' email and was then asked to supply more photos when the guard petals have been removed. It would be interesting to find out how many complaints get upheld and refunds provided, I have had 4 further emails waffling about customer service being important to them, but no offer. I'm sure that they hope that we will just get bored and go away.
First time of using Serenata Flowers... I ordered my flowers at 9.50 pm Wednesday they arrived next morning at 10.10 am, my Sister loved the bouquet, teddy and card she said the flowers were fresh and it was a large bouquet. I also had a query about my order and sent a email i had a call within ten minutes which answered my question, i received a excellent service so i will use this company again.

Ordered a Valentines bouquet for my wife a nurse at our local hospital. She was on a 13 hour shift so thought it would be nice to have them delivered to her at work. Provided a full address and the order was accepted. Received an email that the delivery had failed which I queried, no one was in was my first excuse. This is a hospital so someone had to be in. Refused due to health and safety reasons was the next excuse, not true as this hospital does accept flowers. My wife checked reception and no flowers had been turned away, in fact numerous bouquets had been accepted and distributed to their recipient. T&Cs were the next excuse as some hospitals don't accept flowers for patients as they may move wards or even be discharged. My wife is a nurse not a patient. Then they tried to blame their courier but as I stated I had no contract with the courier that was their responsibility.
I honestly believe they made no attempt to deliver my flowers whatsoever but I'm not sure why, courier, too many orders, lack of inventory who cares they simply failed badly.
I could buy another bunch with a 50% discount was one offer, yeah right spend more money. How generous.

I sent the flowers for a special birthday on Tuesday 13 Feb. Unknown to me the recipient was away on holiday until Fri. Her neighbour took them in and placed them in water and they were still lovely when my friend returned home on Fri. She sent me a picture and they were still looking fresh. I would use them again

Paid for 16 roses only 14 turned up. Turned up crushed and most the petals were yellow on the pink ones. Roses basically look nothing like the photo and when emailed them all they said was there hand picked from the best and need to go through long process to complain(dont have time for this) leaving this message for any future buyers. If your wanting big nice roses go else were. These getting left at someones door makes the purchaser look cheap and un thoughtful. Bad experience through and through get the one star for turning up on time well done guys
Ordered flowers on the 13th Feb. Flowers were delivered as promised on 14th Feb which is the only reason for the 2stars. The flowers were crushed in the box and half of them looked half dead. Ive had them 2 days and they are ready for the bin. The flowers I usually buy have a life of at least a week or more. Can honestly say I will not be buying from them again.
