I brought flowers from you online for a friend. She tells me 6 days later half of them was dead on arrival I asked her why didn't you tell me she said she didn't want to sound ungrateful. I'm gutted as they wasn't cheap. Never again would I buy from you.
Arrived to the next morning only ordered the night before The person who they were for not around but the flowers were left with her next door neighbour which was fine but no card was left in the recipients door but unfortunately the neighbour went out for the day and my friend didnt receive the flowers till next morning which lead to worry a lot on the Friday as no thank you

I ordered a lovely bunch of flowers for my friend who had lost her mother. I asked for next day delivery but they didnt arrive until 3 days later. I totally understand the weather was horrendous, but I had to contact the company with regards to delivery twice. Their tracking page wasn't helpful. I was very disappointed at the flowers when they arrived as they werent even half as good as the picture on the website. They didnt look fresh at all.

I have used Serenata before as I live in America. The first bouquet was beautiful and delivered on time. This time they were delayed due to bad weather. I have not heard from the recepient yet but hoping that the flowers were still fresh because they were held over for a day. Serenata were very good at giving me updates. If the flowers were as I ordered and still fresh then I will use them again. Delivery charge included in price!

No offer of a refund as 'weather was bad' even though bad weather did not start until the evening of our advised delivery day (morning slot). As with the many other bad reviews here they just cited t's and c's.
Order delayed by a day due to poor weather which is acceptable, however a text message or email to report this would have been helpful rather than me emailing at 9pm to ask for status. I also ordered a Happy Birthday chocolate bar to go along with the flowers however what was delivered was 'Best Mum in the World' choc bar. Whilst this caused quite a bit of laughter with my sister-in-law, I was a tad embarrassed about this mistake. My order did specify Happy Birthday choc bar. Saying that, the flowers looked beautiful from the picture my sister in law sent. I will not be in a hurry to order from this company in the future.
I asked for the flowers to be left with a neighbour as the receipient would not be at home to receive them until the evening. They were left outside the front door in full sight, & not where I asked for, for most of the day. Fortunately they were still there when my friend arrived home. Whats the point of leaving instructions if they are not going to be followed!. Also, the bottle of wine had crushed the flowers in a pot, could have done better Serenata flowers, Debateable whether I will use again.
Ordered for friends birthday. Free next day delivery. Superb. Nearly booked with another company but were charging £7 next day deliver. They were delivered Saturday morning around 9.30am and I placed order 9pm the previous night! Received a text notification after delivery and friend who lives 3 hours away sent me a photo. They looked lovely and she was delighted with them. Would highly recommend and would use again anytime.

Ok so i admittedly have high standards and am often sceptical. However i ordered 2 bunches of flowers paying extra for the medium size and add ons of hand cream and a little cake. I live in the middle of nowhere and one bunch was for next door. Dpd are usually CR** and there was a minor amount of snow so i didnt hold out much hope. I ordered on the sunday and they were both delivered on the monday with a cute email saying estimated delivery time and another confirming delivered. I also had both ladies ring gushing about their flowers. So well done. Will use again and thoroughly recommend.

I can now advice you that the flowers I ordered to be delivered on 24 February did not get delivered until 27 February not good enough, I will NOT use this site again.
