Ordered the flowers grandissimo, thinking it would be a large lush bouquet. Looks like standard size. Ordered for a delivery 2 days before the actual birthday to have flowers on actual birthday not buds which I recommend. Not sure I would order again given the bouquet size and the cost of 40£. Should have pictures of all 3 sizes.
I must admit, I was delighted when these flowers finally delivered.. however I was not impressed that I was unable to select the timing of delivery. This really saddened me as I was sent an email in the 10 o'clock hour to say my flowers were on there way yet they didn't get to the location until after 2pm!
I chose to order from you because you do have a beautiful selection of flowers however I had the same problem with my mums birthday flowers in January 2018. Again they came very late and the choice to select time was chosen after my order had gone through (which is why I kept refreshing my page to make sure that this time I would select a time) which unfortunately was not a choice. Also, despite leaving a preference of "wait patiently" or "knock hard" both delivery choices were dismissed.

I ordered some flowers for my mum for mothers day and after realising I'd only ordered 11 stems I was worried the bunch would look quite empty.
I tried to ammend my order but unfortunately it was too late. (Their communication regarding this was good)
My mums flowers were delivered to her the next morning and she loved them and after seeing a photo I was happy myself. Despite there only being 11 stems the bunch still looked full and beautiful.

I am sorry Serenata, I am not one to complain, but I'm afraid I have to. I ordered some flowers for my Mum's birthday on 2nd March. I ordered 'Morning Chill' as they looked beautiful on the photograph. However, when I visited my Mum on her birthday, she did say, I hope you didn't pay too much those flowers you sent... when I saw them I knew exactly what she meant.
If you pay £20.00 and over, you do expect a bouquet of some sort, the flowers that were sent were more akin to a 'bunch' of flowers which I could have picked up from any supermarket.
I specifically ordered them to be delivered as it makes it seem more special, but due to flowers that were sent, it has put me off using Serenta Flowers again.

As stated in another review there was a delay with delivery due to the snowy conditions. However after contacting the customer services they managed to do there best to get a priority delivery as the flowers were for a funeral.

Was so easy to order, I live in Australia and was ordering flowers for my daughter in London. I ordered and paid for next day delivery, not only did I not get it, my order is still in transit nearly a week later. Their excuse? They cannot guarantee next-day (or even same-week, apparently) delivery to stated postcode. Don't you think they could have done me the common courtesy of telling me this so that I can place my order with someone else? My order was an anniversary gift which is now hideously late and has caused me embarrassment. I have sent several emails back and forth and asked to speak to a manager and they say they can't even forward my email to a manager. I'm so disappointed that I chose this company over the countless online florists I could have gone with.
Delivery was due 2nd March. Was told it was a failed delivery due to know one home. This was a lie a I knew they were home all day. Contacted customer services and they said it was due to the weather and they have no control over the courier. Flowers not delivered until the 4th. Two days after a 50th Birthday. Why lie about saying know one home if it was due to weather. Being a customer for 4yrs. Now going to use another company.
