Very happy Aunty, said flowers were beautiful and they arrived day after ordering. This is the second lot of flowers Ive ordered recently and my husband also uses Serenata flowers when he sends me flowers. Always been very happy with their flowers and always had positive feedback from the people Ive sent flowers to. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service and plenty to choose from and all prices. Arrive when they say on time, perfect for presents when you live abroad.
Ordered the evening before I wanted the flowers delivered. It was quick and easy and the flowers got delivered early afternoon without any problems. I had email updates along the way so knew what was happening. Would definitely order again and recommend to others!
I live in London and wanted flowers and chocolates delivered in Scotland. If you imagine the service you would desire and the outcome required then this business delivered both - and did so making the process simple. They also advised that the recipient had received their gift.
Sounds simple but many businesses struggle to deliver on promises. In this case delivery is what they do. Well done.
Disappointing to receive this from my mothers partner after flowers arrived:
Mums flowers arrived today.
I actually saw them arrive and they were delivered by DPD. The guy never knocked or rang the doorbell. He just left them in the porch.
I have to say that they were the worst specimens I have seen on such occasion. The flowers were in very sorry state.
The box had obviously been on its side, maybe even up-ended, and there was compost from the pots all over the place some of which had badly soiled the card within.
Sorry to come back to you with such comments but you may wish to take issue with the supplier. I would certainly recommend that you do not use them again!
Excellent flowers, delivered on time and good communication throughout regarding status of the order.
When I wanted to change my delivery date I couldn't. I couldn't even speak to a real human. They just send automatic replies. I won't be using them again.
Flowers arrived in good condition, in spite of box being crushed and wet. One corner completely smashed in and box left out in the open to blow down the street. Ended up in neighbors garden. No address label. They opened box and saw it was for my mum next door. Good Packaging inside protected flowers. Roses were peach not yellow as in image so didnt tone well with iris, but mum liked them so thats what matters. Probably wont order again if DPD is your delivery service.
Very happy Mum and Dad with there bouquet of flowers and chocolate.
They looked stunning and arrived on time. Would recommend serenta flowers to my friends and family.
Thank you x
Two bunches ordered; one great and the other had 4 broken stems. Sadly wouldn't order from them again.
First class service, all went very smoothly, flowers delivered on time, and very good quality. Thanks you.
Last time you supplied me with flowers they were excellent. This time flowers for my partner's birthday had wilted by the next morning.
My mum was delighted with her little surprise from me.
Thankyou fior being the middleman from daughter in Scotland for my mum in England you did me proud
What a beautiful choice of colours you chose.
I will definitely be using your company again and will in May for her birthday
Chuffed to bits she was
Thankyou again
All I wanted was flowers on my mothers 87th birthday. I ordered 2 days in advance, I got notified that they were out for delivery, then that the delivery had failed.
Since my mother never leaves the retirement home, I found it odd that the delivery could fail. Theres no number to call for any time-sensitive queries, but I must admit their email responses are rapid (although entirely useless).
The response was the delivery was delayed due to adverse weather. Weather in the south that day was Partly sunny with a slight breeze (this was 4 days after the snow in the UK). Not beach weather, but surely someone in a van could manage.
I responded and was told they would check with their courier but to be patient as this can take 24-48 hours. Well, that kind of defeats the point of making sure flowers were delivered that day, so I asked for a refund, so I could make alternate arrangements with a local florist. The response was we are unable to arrange a refund as they were delivering in line with their terms and conditions related to the adverse weather (you know the partly sunny and breezy bit).
The responses got more ridiculous after that, but heres the warning for those of you considering this company:
While perhaps there was a backlog due to previous adverse weather, if they knew that they should have it posted clearly as a potential problem as they continued to take orders despite very little chance of making an on-time delivery. If you get caught with weather, traffic, etc., youre probably out of luck.
If there is a problem with your delivery, actually finding out what is going on is unlikely as there seems to be no real link between this company and the couriers they outsource delivery to. The dispatch times they reviewed with me were on completely different days compared to the dispatch emails I received. In addition, saying that theyll find out 24-48 hours later is absolutely useless.
Anyway, sad to miss an 87th birthday; frustrated to have to be on emails and wasting time finding out whats going on; annoyed that there was absolutely no refund, credit or recompense.
I would stick with local services if I were you.
I ordered flowers 3 days ago and they still havent been delivered. No refund due apparently due to some clause in their terms and conditions which gets them off scot free in the event of bad weather and also means they dont have to refund despite any statutory consumer rights. When Ive contacted them Ive simply been referring me to Yodel who are just as useless. Very let down by this company and really wish I hadnt used them.
Two bouquets ordered, both delivered on time. Emails received to say they were on their way and again when they were delivered.
Flowers arrived on time and recipient was thrilled, very fresh and her favourite flowers. Have used Serenata before and recommended to friends. A great service
Order reference: *******
I placed an order on the 27th of February, with requested delivery on the 8th of March. Flowers were not delivered as requested. Customer service lied to me on numerous occasions:
1. They claimed that they cannot guarantee timely delivery to the postal code area "as indicated" in their terms and conditions - lie #1, the postal code area is not listed in their terms and conditions. Moreover, my order's receipt says that it has a guaranteed delivery.
2. Then, they wrote that there is no guaranteed delivery to Scottish Highlands - lie #2, the delivery address is not in the Scottish Highlands.
3. Then, they said that the delivery postal code area is withing 48 hours delivery zone - lie #3, the order was placed on the 27th of February, 216 hours in advance. Also, nowhere in the company's terms and conditions one can find any indication of the postal code area being in so-called "48 hours zone."
This company has no guts to acknowledge their mistake and to fix it!
Beware of these crooks!
Just perfect, on time delivery, excellent packaging and just beautiful flowers. One happy mum, thank you...
