Ordered flowers for my poorly mum. Easy to order, decent price, only negative comment would be that the delivery person just put the box through the front gate, didn't press the bell so they only saw the box on the drive by chance and went out to retrieve it. Mum was cheered up by the flowers though and so they did the job.

Had a bouquet sent to my friend who had been diagnosed with cancer. The flowers arrived and she told me the majority of them were dead. She took photographs and I sent them to the company to prove they were awful and they sent me a reply stating that they thought the flowers in the photo looked fine - yes for dead flowers they were exactly that! The lady I sent the bouquet to used to be a florist so knows good flowers from bad. I am disappointed the company would not replace the disgusting flowers. Bad bad bad, I will NEVER use them again. Future customers avoid this company like the plague.

Ordered for a birthday and they emailed to inform of delayed delivery then the day they said they would deliver they sent me an email saying failed delivery but no one actually turned up to deliver. It's a huge scam, avoid. There's no number to call. Completely ruined a surprise.

I ordered two lots of flowers to be delivered to two different addresses but neither one was delivered, no email sent either to notify me that there had been a failed delivery on the day that had been agreed. It was only when I decided to call the recipients did I find out that they had not arrived... Then I checked my account & the tracking on the website... the money of course has been taken from my account... I'm overseas so couldn't & the recipients live miles from my family so i had to do this online... I just hope there customer service team answer my "contact us" message/ticket quickly or that the flowers are delivered today & are in good condition.
