This is the third time Ive used Serenta Flowers. Mother in law was delighted with her flowers, very fresh, many in bud still and good variety of colours. Definately use this company again and will recommend to others.
The courier did not handle the flower in the box very carefully, the box has been slammed so the flower inside a bit crushed, some of white roses are almost dead.
More leafs than flowers and it cost almost over £45 very disappointing for the first time order. Regret to order 3 bouquet of flowers with the vase.
Great selection of flowers and extra goodies to include if you want, and delivered well in time for my grand-daughter's birthday. I will definitely be using this company again!

I have used the company several times recently and had been happy with them but on 4th May l ordered flowers same day delivery for my cousins Golden Wedding Anniversary and was sent an email in the afternoon saying they could not deliver them they did not offer an alternative or an alternative delivery day merely l would get a refund in 3 or 4 days leaving to to frantically try and get an alternative delivery l used Interflora they were able to deliver within 2 hours of my online order. Serenata should not offer a same day service if they literally can not deliver - very disappointed

I usually dont do reviews but I take an exception here. It was my wifes birthday and i paid for guaranteed 10:30am service, received an email on delivery day morning that it has been dispatched and will arrive between 09:11 and 10:11, it never came. Sent an email to customer service around 3pm angrily as the wife had gone out with her friends to shove their flowers where the sun dont shine (not exact words!) and give me my money back. Got a reply confirming my refund will be made between 3 to 5 days without any explanation or apology. I will never use this service again. The positive reviews on this site didnt work for me.
First time I heard of SerenataFlowers... They had the best prices and beautiful flowers. Delivery was in perfect timing and I was updated throughout the day of delivery. The recipient was over the moon and said the flowers were stunning!

I was away so ordered my wife some flowers(£25). Although they look nice, i was disapointed they only arrived at 6.30pm on the day. Not a great surprize at that time!
Ordered flowers for my mums birthday have used the site before with no issues. But some of the flowers have wilted within 2 days this time depending on response to this if I will order flowers again from this site.
